Absolutely pathetic housekeeping. Actually zero housekeeping. Just making the bed and changing the towels IS NOT HOUSKEEPING! You need to sweep and mop the floors. A guest should not find dust under the tables and certainly not the garbage and hair of the previous occupants of the room! Despite having checked in at 10 pm, the room was FILTHY with a woman’s hair strewn in the room. The toilet seat was covered in a pink sticky liquid.

Club floor hardly had any F&B, was seemingly not geared up to be fully functional. The rooms are a bit dated (carpet/beds).

Breakfast was SUPERB! Staff were extremely attentive and selection was amazing and also varied from day to day. Other hotel staff were also well trained and professional. Room sizes & location are great! Bathrooms we awesome and 5-star esp as this property is somewhat older and more new competition has sprung up on Ahmedabad in the last few years.

The room initially given was inadequate. 1. extra bed not put in although requested well in advance. 2, room very dirty. 3. torn curtain. 4. kettle not working. 5. no 24 hour room service as promised.

The front office will be in a mess without Tanuja and the navigator. The front office has no authority to correct mistakes made in your invoice which is very annoying. There is an extremely strong air freshener in the lobby that takes away all the fresh air. Communication problem with some reception staff.

We had an overall very pleasant stay in this hotel. Some outstanding staff like Aman Kumar, Rajesh, Hardick, Serdar, Sabita and Divya from the club lounge makes the place a home away from home . If you have a dietary restriction or you don't like spices (Indian masala) on all your food you can find chef Govind. He made the best boiled vegetables for me.

Customer service is average. Once you call the front desk, it would take between 15-30 min for someone to respond. It happened about 2-3 times during my stay. I did not expect this from a Marriott franchise. It would be nice to use some softer for the laundry. There was no fragrance on them after the service completion.

Breakfast is outstanding. However, when it comes to having an early breakfast, although the hotel claims the breakfast opens at 6:30, there were just two employees with no one to serve. I had to wait for 10 minutes for my chai until 06:50 because the server said they usually don't make it that early.

Freeze was so noisy in the room,room heater facility in the room is also necessary because of so much cooling in the room ...

No point paying extra for club facility as the club lounge is poorly serviced. Also the hotel does not yet have a liquor or bar licence.

We came especially for the pool, as we promised our daughter to go swimming, but unfortunately on that day the pool was under maintenance and it was not mentioned anywhere on the website and even when we called nobody informed us that it is closed that day, even we asked for the pool specifically.

The hotel itself is nice and comfy, the food is excellent, the buffet is quite impressive, and a lot of choices and delicious 😀.
