We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaThe rooms were spacious and clean so was the bathroom, it had all the necessary toiletries. Bed was comfy, had an amazing view. Breakfast was also great! Lots of options to choose from. In room dining was also delicious. Staff also so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely be coming again..

IndiaStaff should be more welcoming , there should be more recreational opportunities. What’s the use of making a pool upstairs if it’s always closed and no directions whatsoever about who can use And when to use it . Like few guests were offered welcoming drink and rest were ignored .
Buffet dinner was good . Rooms were the best part, size , comfort and washroom amenities were very good .

IndiaSome of the staff are not well-trained in their job. The staff at reception asked for any other proof of identity when commonly acceptable proofs like Aadhar Card and PAN Card were presented which was ridiculous. And for not having additional proof (?) they took signature on a declaration form.
The hotel, room and its restaurant were reasonably good.

IndiaThe pollution levels in the surroundings and high traffic is annoying. The Reception team is also slow in their responses considering the number of guest during the peak booking. The staff efficiency can be improved.
The property was comfortable and not far from the Sabarmati River front and Sabarmati Ashram. The property is on the main road.

United KingdomI had to ring a number of times for room service. It was difficult to understand them and when asked to speak to the manager the phone went blank . A number of times no one picked up the phone. This happened a number of times hence my comment. The reception staff was a mixture of attitude. The check in staff did not make us feel feel welcome, no smile and little eye contact. This is 4/5 star hotel and I would expect the staff to be a lot more responsive to customer needs. The conciergerie was difficult to contact as the desk was always empty. The real stars were the staff outside who helped with luggage and helpful info. They were always delighted to assist.
The staff in restaurant were excellent especially the chef and asst chef, the very best in class . Always welcoming, every request was well attended. Service with a smile. Congrats to the the manager, chef and all the staff. Great teamwork when they were busy . Real pleasure to deal with. Just for them i would give 10 out of 10. Thanks guys.

Nice, comfortable and clean room. Good amenities. Very welcoming staff. Restaurant food was at par. We would repeat the experience.

Well located. Business type hotel. Very spacious rooms with a comfy bed and large bathroom. Hotel made us a packed breakfast as we had a very early train. Perfect for what we needed. Room service was a little steep. Staff really friendly.
