Staff behaviour. They are very much non courteous, they are unaware of the guest meal plan. Everytime during Breakfast they'll say your breakfast is not included in the package. This is very disgusting.

Not clean, smelling mattress & blanket. Washroom was not clean and smelled bad. The mattress was torn from a couple spots. Bedsheet was not clean, looked like was not changed. Not worth the money

The floor of our bedroom was a little sticky due to the detergent they used. The staff needs to focus on room cleaning everyday not only when asked.

It was an amazing location. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The food was also great. They have ice cream available at reception at all times.

The hotel is away from all the chaos and offer amazing views of the mountain, forest and nature wonders. Absolutely loved the friendliness of the owner Suhail who is extremely kind to us. He drove us to certain local places and guiding us and providing useful advice for us around Dehradun. Even his staff have the same manners and professionalism and kindness. We booked three deluxe rooms and all of us including my friends were extremely satisfied and will be coming back again soon. The restaurant of the hotel offers delicious food. So happy we found this place… just AMAZING!!!

It's a wonderful experience to stay a lavish property located on beautiful location on old mussoorie road  The parking space is wonderful and the welcome service and luggage handling is also wonderful. very comfortable, with beautiful mountain view, high speed internet provided free of cost, it's a neat n clean property , I enjoyed sunny day at restaurant. Food was very delicious Overall it's lovely memorable time.

The furniture is old and falling off. The switches were broken. The fridge didn't work. The wash basin was cracked. There was no hot water. The beds were lumpy. The washroom was smelly. And the breakfast buffet was, by far, the worst I have ever had at any hotel.

Pathetic facilities. Congested common spaces. Staff not in any uniform, so don't come to know who is staff and who is not. Bed and linen dirty and smelly. No cleanliness. Remotes don't work. TV doesn't work.
