We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SingaporeRoom 412-Mini fridge was not in working condition. Foot massager as stated in the booking was available.One big annoyance- hot water for shower is only available during am/pm peak hours. This is usual of many budget hotels. Hot water wasn't really hot. Water leaked through the curb while showering and bathroom floor was wet everytime.
Distance to T-Nagar is close. Hotel staffs were very friendly and very courteous. Room size was usual. Breakfast was solely of South Indian type. Overall was a good stay and would gladly recommend to others.

MauritiusI pay more for late check out and the room for 3 persons was not ready on our arrival. I paid for 3 but at first only 1 room with a double bed was given to us. I was asked to see other rooms which were the same. After mere protestations a twin room was given. The guy said a mat will be placed on floor to sleep which we disagreed. At last a futon bed was given for payment of a single bed. we stayed for 7 days and everyday same breakfast and dinner were offered. A lady staff was helpful to us.

MalaysiaGreetings to Quality Hotel Sabari Chennai. Thank you for the hospitality provided during my stay in Chennai. To be honest, my recent stay with my family was not pleasant, and it did not meet my expectations. This time, my stay was the worst, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I even received a bad review from my friend after recommending this hotel to her based on my recent stay. 1. The furniture in the rooms is old, causing a bad wood smell. 2. The pillows are already flat and small, probably they did not change to firm and good quality ones. 3. The blankets are thin and already moldy, the beds are getting old, and my body ached badly after sleeping on them. 4. The air conditioning was not working properly in some rooms, and my friend had to change to another room. 5. The airport taxi car was so dirty, and the driver we requested for the airport taxi at 4 am did not arrive on time. The driver didn't look appropriate, but I appreciate that he sent us to the airport on time. 6. The breakfast choices were very limited and repeated for three consecutive days. I even recommended a friend of mine who stayed in a different good hotel to stay at Sabari. She also felt very disappointed with the quality of the hotel conditions. The staff were good and kind, providing whatever we needed. The in-room à la carte food was good, but a little pricey. Otherwise, all the food was good. Please improve the room quality and replace the new furniture.

SingaporeThe staff are poorly trained, and there was no customer service provided in most areas, from the Reception to the Breakfast area. The only exception was the lady at Reception wearing a saree, who was friendly and greeted guests, while the others didn't even smile or acknowledge your presence. My worst experience was in the Breakfast lounge. The floor manager, whose role is to ensure all guests are treated well, was the worst of all. He served me coffee without even looking at me, causing it to spill, and didn’t offer an apology or a replacement. My aunt pointed out directly to him that this is basic customer service, which he clearly lacked. While I support employing older staff, it should only be done if they add value to the hotel. Otherwise, they shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role. I started visiting India two years ago, and this is my second stay with them. While my mother and other relatives have stayed here many times as they visit India annually, last year's experience was pleasant. However, this year, the service has been extremely poor. More details will be shared in other platforms.

United KingdomThe swimming pool and gym area was undergoing mass renovation. Although accessible , it wasn't a sight to behold as advertised in the pictures. Regardless staff were kind enough to let us the facilities , as they kept them operational.
Quality Inn Sabari oozes family friendliness from the staff. They were so good to our toddler and infant, spending many minutes with them during breakfast ensuring the parents can have a stress free meal.
