There was a hole in the matras and the bedsheets wasn't really comfortable.

Very nice personal. They helped us to organize a very supportive tuktuk driver. It was clean. For a short stay (one or two nights) its fine.

Very good budget hotel. Rooms are airy to accommodate two persons comfortably. Kudos to the excellent hospitality of front desk especially Mahe.Changed the room immediately over the sound from construction nearby. Easy access to Pragathi Madian and central Delhi Places. However the area is little crowded.

The photos are not really a true reflection of the hotel as it is today. The rooms are dated and need a refresh. The bed linen was all clean but a bit threadbare. The breakfast and rooftop are actually in the hotel over the road so we did not make use of these at all.

The staff were very helpful and you can see they are trying to make your stay comforable. The hotel is conveniently located to get to most places fairly easily. It is only a few mins from the main Parahganj shopping area and walking distance to the New Delhi train station.

Breakfast was costly as the charge was similar to what hotels charge the foreign nationals who were staying in our hotel. Definitely not 150 per person as mentioned. The room lacked space for a chair/table.

Minimal fuss from staff and stay was calm and peaceful. Early check-in was provided although I had to wait a little. Hot water was available and the room heater worked fine. The bed was comfortable.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the Location is very good in a silent street but only around the corner from Main Bazar Road and a short walk from Metro Station. Hot water is constantly running, it's clean and very comfortable. Elevator is also constantly running. I highly recommend this.

I was charged 500 extra for early check in.

The food was great.. Even I like the interior. Staffs and managers were supportive. Over all it was a good experience.. However I don't like the idea of taking extra charge if I have to opt for early check-in.. Booking.com should also provide flexible timings for check in check out.. I was charged 500 extra for early check in but It was worth paying. Happy stay guys.

Room service was poor. They haven’t provided soap, door mats, towel, water etc. we have to call again and again for room service. It’s disappointing.

There were little bugs in the room.

The location was good, really close to the new Delhi station. The staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast was in the hotel crossing the street, but was really good.

It's not 5 minutes walk to the train station, more like 12-15 minutes, specially if there are lot of people on the street (pedestrian, scooters, etc and animals). The staff is friendly but it's difficult to solve check-in and payments issues. In my case I tried to pay when I checked in but they didn't accept cards (and I didn't have the cash). Then on a random day (not in my checkout day) I was going to the train station at 4:30 am and they asked me to pay, I said that I didn't have the cash (not expecting to pay at this moment) but in this occasion they accepted my card, however I paid in the hotel that is across the street. I didn't get the invoice until I checked-out the last day.

Good location. The bed was very good and AC was working great. My room had a very small window to an interior yard, but it was better than to the street because it is so loud outside. I ordered room service and the food was delicious.
