IndiaThe first room given had cockroaches all over the bed. I asked them for another room and the new room is not safe there is no grill to the windows and has slides and the slides just open by hand giving no security. Once I was back from breakfast in the morning the door lock did not open. The guy from the reception used a screwdriver to open the windows and then used his hand through the windows to open the door. Finally, they gave me another room which had water dripping in the bathroom with no pipe for the washbasin all water on the floor. I did check out one day early and they did not give me a refund and asked me to get it from booking.com. Called booking.com they denied the refund. Don't get fooled by the pictures on display this property is located on the second floor of an old building. Do not ever book anything from booking.com

IndiaNo basic amenities were available like geysers for hot water ..I booked 3 AC rooms for 5 people.. n in all rooms Bedsheets were dirty , bed was hard.. towels n soaps were given only on demand. In one of the rooms the rat was dancing on the bed..n one of the rooms ants were there inside the bedsheets.. The rooms were stinking.. so not such a good experience..
