Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThere is no kitchen in the Hotel. They are dependent on outside outlets. This leads to a lot of time into meeting small orders also. Breakfast if included in booking has no choices.

I like good bed and room size, kind staff and good restaurant that placed near by. It takes 40-50 minutes to take to main tourist places of the city.

IndiaThe room tariff was including the breakfast. Don't expect a buffet kind of service. They don't even have their own menu. There was only one option provided to us and that was "Aalloo ka Parantha" which felt like it had been ordered from some rehri waala. No cutlery was provided to us along with it. Their room service is pathetic. Kept ringing at the reception but nobody was attending it most of the time. Bathroom soap dispensers were broken. In the name of providing facilities like bathroom slippers after multiple requests we were provided with rubber slippers which happened to be of someone in the staff.
The location of the hotel was amazing. Its in the prime location of Vaishali Nagar which makes it easy for you to explore the nearby places. Its well connected and you'll find plenty of options nearby to hangout and explore delicacies. The staff was polite. The room was well lit with a huge window. Cleanliness was fine.

IndiaThe room was dirty. The pillows did not have any cover on them. They were filthy and in bad condition. To top it all, there was some stranger who was bathing in our hotel room when we were taken to the room by the hotel staff. The manager shamelessly ignored all this and offered us another room without acknowledging any issue. We did not stay at the hotel and immediately left. The worst part is that we were not even refunded the partial amount we had paid while making the reservation. Since it was season time, we couldn't find any other hotel to stay in Jaipur and had to pay thrice the regular amount to stay for the night. It was our 2nd marriage anniversary and the hotel messed up everything. Worst hotel with zero sense of hospitality

IndiaI don't know how "booking.com" showing number one rated hotel in 2022. Following things that we observed in out two nights stay.. 1. Hotel don't have dedicated parking arrangement for guest. 2. Hotel don't have own kitchen but they are taking booking rooms with breakfast. we booked room with breakfast. As usually in good hotel they have buffet breakfast but in this hotel we have to call several times to provide breakfast & in the menu they have only paratha or poha option. 3. Staff is lazy no assistant for parking. No help for luggage handling.
Only good things is location is good even though it's far from all tourist attractions.
