We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

JapanThe team looked after me very well. They are all kind, smiling, and responsive. Excellent teamwork. Laundry facilities are available for the guests to do their own laundry. If staying for long, this would be very handy. In the morning, continental and Kerala-style breakfasts are served on the rooftop. I really enjoyed Kerala breakfast, which is different every day. Simple but tasty food gives a good start to the day. This is definitely a home away from home.

My budget room was spacious, well equipped and clean. Laundry access was a bonus and breakfast was set on the rooftop, with views across Ernakalum. The selection was authentically Indian and delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the metro and in a neighbourhood with very reasonable eateries.

AustriaUnfortunately room doors are not soundproof so you may wake up when neighbors close the door energetically and you may feel disturbed by noise in the hallway.
The staff was very, very friendly, caring and most of all supportive. Thank you so much, Vinod and Thomas!!! Vinod arranged a car to the airport, made a courier service collect our letter and printed documents for us. Breakfast was good. Great Café beside reception with most delicious delicacies.

United KingdomBreakfast was basic but sufficient, breakfast dinning nice open air feeling but imagine it would get too hot to handle in the summer. Wish there was some area for relaxing outside your room. Hotel lobby was not always air conditioned and felt stuffy but that might be because I arrived at unsociable hour. Metro was not as close as I had hoped. Overall for the price I can't fault this place.
I liked the laid back atmosphere, had a bit of an aparthotel feeling. Good hot and powerful shower, friendly staff. Very clean and spacious room..great for remote working

IndiaThere was an issue with aircondition but they moved us to another room promptly . The bathroom floor tiles are fall hazard though. They use glossy wall tiles on the floor.

United States of AmericaThe great staff, cleanliness, self-service laundry, and location. Safe for solo female travellers. The complimentary, healthy breakfast and clean decor appealed too. Thos is a smaller hotel so the breakfast area was never crowded. There’s a cafe and deli attached to the hotel with a continental menu (includes pizza) plus supermarket close by with a food court that offers good local food at a decent price.
