We were not told before booking that there is no lift. Very difficult to go 3 rd floor with elderly people or patients. U must inform before booking money is sent that u don't have lift.

The entire apartment was spotless. All the facilities were as mentioned in the description.They provided weekly cleaning and restocked the toiletries. The stay is just 200m from Irrum Manzil metro station, making our commute easier. We are extremely happy with the stay and their hospitality. Would prefer this again.

I missed one table/ study table in room. Room cleaning service is not provided event if it is long stay, however on request they provided once. Lift is a concern if you have old age people.

It has good location, walkable distance from metro station. Room has all kitchen utensils and has fridge. Staff was coming daily to collect your cloths for laundry and collect garbage. I spoke to property owner and she helped me in all area. Only issue is lift, but staff helped me to shift my luggage.

The location of the property was excellent with easy access to Metro, Autos and Taxi services. Property might look a bit old from the outside but it is great inside. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. All necessary things for a stay were provided. Help was readily available from a helper within the property. The host was in touch with us throughout the stay. Great host. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was very clean upon my arrival and the apartment was left very clean by me during my departure. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the cookware and eating utensils that you desire. There is enough cold delicious bottled drinking water to drown yourself in. There is an humongous amount of natural light inside of Apartment 3B which is a Studio Apartment. A Hyderabad Metro Station is just over 1 block from the apartment. There are plenty of food stores and eateries within walking distance of the apartment. The area is safe and the apartment owner / manager do not bother you. The apartment owner / manager responded very swiftly to a question that my friend had. The only drawbacks are : the Neemtree owner should put a microwave oven inside and he should add a comfortable sofa inside of Studio Apartment 3B. There are 4 low slope-backed chairs and a table next to the large flat screened television. Also the apartment is off of the main street to the building. This means that you get all of the car horn-blowing and street commotion or noise from 5:00a.m. to 11:59p.m. Neemtree Studio Apartment 3B is not sound-proof. All of the street noise easily invades the apartment. If you do not want to hear the constant street noise then stay away from Neemtree Studio Apartment 3B. For my well in-tuned ears are used to a lot of noise.
