Repeatedly no cold beers or coke/fizzy drinks. Selection could have been better

Staff: Sagar and Surbhi were great, as we're restaurant staff. Pool was lovely too, as was the complimentary foot massage near the pool!

There was nothing I disliked about this place.

We loved the location, so easy to walk around town, so close to the ghats. Walking distance to temples and city palace. Just very easy to walk around and we felt safe. We loved our room, it was bright and light, and had a beautiful view, the pool was refreshing even in 45 degree heat, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a lovely area outside on the deck. We loved everything about Moustache Udaipur Verandah.

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the day I made my booking, the communication was informative and courteous. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and were very helpful. I particularly enjoyed the personalised touches such as the name board and the personalised welcome with chocolates and fruits. These little details made my stay feel special. My room had lovely views of the lake from every window, and I loved it. The restaurant had a wide range of different cuisines to choose from. The food I had was all well presented and tasted delicious. The staff were the stars of my stay. They were always smiling and ready to help. The reception staff were happy to organise transportation and answer any questions I had. The restaurant staff were a delight to chat with and were always willing to assist. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Thank you for a fabulous stay. I would love to return one day!"

Room was super nice with a good view above the lake. The hotel was in walking distance to the city palace. The Restaurant in the hotel was good. Stuff was very friendly and helpfull, especially sandeep.

Great location with lots of shops nearby and the City Palace is within walking distance. The hotel over looks a beautiful lake and is very peaceful and relaxed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, in particular Mahi who helped us book transport from the hotel to the bus stop and gave us great advice. Lovely stay, thank you very much!

The second floor where we stayed is very noisy due to an air vent on a neighbouring building, you can't have a conversation, that is a shame because it is very well set up with a swing sofa and would be a great place to have a drink in the evening. The beds are very firm.

The location of the hotel is amazing, most attractions are within walking distance. The swimming pool is stunning as is the view from the restaurant. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Moustache Verandah and it was wonderful! The staff were friendly and attentive especially Sagar, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I especially loved the delicious breakfast options. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Udaipur.

My stay at Moustache Udaipur Verandah was fantastic! Impeccably clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a prime location. I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming Front desk staff who made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend!

The approach through a narrow street is a bit hidden away and a little dingy, but this is the authentic old town. It also means the hotel is away from traffic noise. The pool is really cold, so takes a little getting used to. Not for winter swimming. Also the steps are slippery. The staff did clean them immediately when we pointed this out. The lake itself is very polluted and has a lot of rubbish floating in it. The authorities really need to urgently address this.

Situated in the old town on the lake edge the property has a fantastic location. The small infinity pool appears to continue out into the lake. This boutique hotel has about 20 rooms so feels cosy but with the facilities of a hotel. We had 2 rooms with balconys facing the lake so we woke up to beautiful lake views. Rooms were comfortable, airy and roomy. Could have done with a wardrobe to hang clothes in. Bathroom facilities were very clean and high specification. There was a slight smell of drains from the plumbing but air fresheners masked this well. The city drainage must be very old. Morning tea and cookies and your own tea making facilities and fridge were a nice touch. A tasty buffet breakfast with mainly Indian food was served on the verandah which is on the lake edge. The complimentary foot massage is really worth it. The staff and front desk are extremely attentive and well trained.

it would be great if the lake area in front of the hotel could be cleaned up a little because it can make the views so much better especially since the location is so nice.

I stayed in the Moustache Udaipur Verandah with my spouse and my parents and all of us enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal (short walking distance to the City Palace) and right at the lake front, the rooms were clean and comfortable (warm shower with great water pressure). The dining and the common area were also clean and beautiful. Most importantly were the staff-- so kind, courteous, and welcoming-- and the food here. They got delicious breakfast and dinner is 10+/10. We tried so many dishes but their butter chicken was out of this world and reminds me that I can't get anything close to this in the US. Whole heartedly recommend this establishment
