Location is good, service and staff are very cooperative, they even allowed us early check in. Kamil take care of us very well. Overall a very good experience. Lobby is good. Even food is good. Overall a nice experience.

It was perfect for Udaipur. The staff were accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean. We had room service every night and the food was the best we have eaten in India. The view was lovely

Hotel is situated in a muslim area and does not allow alcohool. I found this a bit strange. As they also do not serve any alcohool at the restaurant and cannot impose to guests what to bring or not to bring. There was no minifridge in the room although on room description it stated there is one. They used strong essence to perfume the lobby area which we could feel also from our room. They were so strong I could barely breethe in the room at certain moments of the day. Lastly you could hear everything happening in the next room. Especially bathroom noises.

Location of the hotel was vwry good, 10min walk from City Palace and with great view to the lake. Hotel room was big and looked clean. Bed was comfortable. The room had a kettle + coffee & tea facilities. There are plenty of toiletries in the bathroom (the biggest amount of small shampoo/ shower gel bottles I have seen in a hotel room in my life :) View from our room (on ground floor) to the lake was ok but lake water was very dirty. Rooftop view was very nice but we only stayed for shortwhile at the restaurant as the menu was not to our liking (only vegetarian and no alcohool). Overall a very ok hotel for India, clean and good value for money (especially in a big city like Udaipur) but has some improvement points

Although the rooftop was large, I couldn't help but feel that it was underutilised. The atmosphere was non-existant and sometimes were we the only people there at breakfast. You couldn't sit up there and have a beer (alcohol is not served on the premises) The TV was unusable and connected to an inactive Sky box. Not a smart TV.

Fantastic location. We were very early so expected to have to wait for check-in but they took us to a room straight away and said that we could check-in properly later which was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy a first full day in Udaipur. The rooms were huge and we had one overlooking the lake. The seating area in front of the window is also very nice. The restaurant upstairs has an inside and outside area and is one of the biggest rooftop terraces we saw in Udaipur. You can get some stunning views of the lake and bridges from the top. We were also able to have a late check-out which again was much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hallways outside the room were quite echoey, particularly at night.

Great location - hotel is directly across a major bridge next to the old city, meaning it is in a slightly quieter area (away from the noise of the old city) while also being close to a lot of the Udaipur attractions. The water views from the room were also fantastic, as well as the views from the rooftop. The elevator also plays the first 5-10 seconds of the titanic theme song whenever you move between floors - very unexpected but very memorable!! A romantic song for a romantic city. The staff were fantastic as well - thanks for the great stay.

Did not realize parking was not there, we had to park car somewhere else & take auto to hotel. The manager helped us and we didn't have to pay for the auto transport so in the end it was OK.

Strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, we requested an alternative room but this was not possible. The room was also noisy The pre paid breakfast was poor ,also this had to be eaten inside rather than in the roof terrace.. Close to the hotel are many cafes that offer far better breakfast alternatives and for a more reasonable price. However the location was exceptional.

We booked this hotel ourselves because our tour company " Incredible India Journeys" were so bad they didn't book a hotel for us. 😡😡. The location is amazing, It's close to everything. Even the city palace is walking distance. Good choice.

Best Location in town with one of the best views as well! We had a huge, clean room with a nice view of the lake. Bathroom had good water pressure. Can't recommend enough for a visit to Udaipur!
