Location - near to airport rooms - very neat staff - generous food - seems to be good. (i could not try as had other commitments) express check in - it hardly took them less than a minute to complete my check in and allocation of a room. Truly value for money. I would say this hotel is premium then the money they charged.

The behaviour of the staff was excellent. They got me everything on time. The coffee was superb, strong and yum just the way i like it. Location, service was good. The staff was courteous, the food was delicious with a lot of variety and a good display of sales etc. The room was clean and well maintained. Very close to delhi airport hotel to airport far from here 3 km only, we will reach the airport in approx 10 minutes.

The staff was the nicest staff i have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that i needed as well. They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early at like 9:00 am l. I got to the hotel super early and i didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Well maintained and cleaned hotel. Food is also good.

I'm not like anything at this Hotel and booking.com is also a waste of time and money too. When I booked I called the hotel to tell everything their staff I'm local id parson if you allow very good or not please tell me I'm searching another hotel to stay there The staff told me that everything is Ok you can come . When I reach they told me that now we are not giving room with local id I'm speechless because time is almost 11pm . Where I'm going i requesting but there staff very rude. And that day I spend 4099 rs loss because of this hotel. Poor staff . Communication poor. Facilities poor. Booking.com is very poor. Please mention local id support every hotel or not please mention too.
