IndiaOn the flip side, since there is no restaurant attached we have to depend on restaurants outside. Unfortunately there are no decent restaurants nearby, and if you don't want to go far for your food you will have to manage with fruits, biscuits etc. There is a cupboard for keeping clothes but no hangers are provided. When enquired I was told they don't provide hangers.
We booked a semi suite for 2nights. The room was very spacious with nice twin beds. Bathroom too was very clean. The property is a fairly new one, that helped in maintaining cleanliness. The Reception staff Jithu and Junaid were very polite and helpful.

We stayed at Luxe Inn 23-25 Dec 2023, booked via booking.com Pleasant check in process, clean room and nice water pressure and hot water in the shower. Would stay there again. Not the best location, you will need to use transport to get to an eatery / beach.

IndiaParking Area is still a work in progress. Beware of nails that might result in a tyre puncture. We booked an extra bed, however, current hotel policy is to provide a mattress only, so one person slept on the floor.
Earlier hot water complaint has been sorted. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed comfortable and AC is good working condition. The hotel is good value for the money.

Indiait's the location which ain't that great. Finding an auto from there to travel places are actully hard. There are not many resturants nearby so you gotta swiggy most of the time and that too before 10 at night.
it's quite peaceful and from last time, this room didn't have any issues like the work being pending or anything.

IndiaHowever, I must mention that my experience with the owner was less than satisfactory. Despite the pleasant accommodations, the owner's demeanor was not up to par. Throughout my stay, there were instances where they repeatedly asked for additional money for what seemed like trivial reasons. This left a negative impression and detracted from the overall experience.
The property itself is relatively new, and the room I stayed in was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it made my stay comfortable.

IndiaThe geyser and wifi is not installed yet as the property is new. The location is not good. There are no decent eateries nearby and beach is also far. If you don't have a car or scooty, then auto is the only way to commute unless you want to walk 2.1km all the time. Get a scooty from kannur town and then arrive here. Then you are all good to go
