Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Our stay at this Luho 25 was truly exceptional. The home was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major restaurants and tech parks. But what truly made our stay special was the wonderful caretaker, Mukesh. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic home away from home in Bengaluru.

IndiaAll day snacks menu could be sorted out a bit keeping in mind that the raw ingredients don't go to waste. Also, if they add board games or something for engagement, it would feel even more homely. Having said that, these are personal preferences. We liked everything that was offered and these are just some suggestions to further enhance the experience of guests.
The location is in a peaceful lane with a couple of lakes nearby and within walking distance of a bustling market. We tried different options for in-house breakfast and each one of them was deliciously cooked by Mukesh and Kundan bhaiya. The house is beautifully designed and the photos do justice to it. And the balcony is a cosy spot to sit and read with plants around and good ventilation.

I had a friend come over very late night he was there to receive my friend and provided breakfast from him as well, without even taking extra money
