We had a smooth checkin at 10pm. Even though our tariff included dinner, it wasn't a buffet but an ala- carte' . The food was OK as there were not much varieties. But we had a very comfortable sleep that night. Morning breakfast was Buffet and was OK. Overall rating is better than Fair.

Hotel under renovation and external cleaning work going on outside. Corridor carpets are very dirty and spoils all mood while entering the room Found cockroaches in wash room & Cupboard

They did not provide the toiletries, we stayed for 3 days and hand to remind them to clean the room . For every basic need like even for water had to give a reminder.

I liked the location. Rooms are small and hotel is over priced. Staff however is great. Mediocre hotel portrayed as a luxury hotel just by external look. Don’t fall pray. Plenty of good hotels are available at this price. Go if you don’t have any other option at all.

Only one bath towel, one coffee cup and one bottle of water provided. The room they provided was meant for solo guest. We were two but adjusted with the facilities.

The amount mentioned during booking on bookings.com is different and what hotel has charged me is different.. They charged me 1000rs extra ...i dont know why..

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Lemon Tree by Keys Hotel in Kochi, and I must say that it was far from what I expected. The check-in process turned out to be an absolute nightmare, leaving a sour taste in my mouth right from the start. I had made my booking through a well-known platform, Booking.com, well in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in. However, upon arriving at the hotel and presenting my booking confirmation, I was met with an unexpected and unwelcome surprise. The hotel staff adamantly refused to acknowledge my confirmed booking, claiming that it did not exist in their system. To my disbelief, they insisted that I pay an additional rate to secure a booking through the hotel directly, effectively asking me to cancel my existing booking made through Booking.com. This blatant attempt to manipulate the situation by charging me more for a booking I had already made was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. The hotel staff's lack of empathy and unwillingness to address the issue was truly disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake or attempting to resolve the situation in a fair and reasonable manner, they tried to take advantage of my predicament. Furthermore, the level of customer service I encountered during this ordeal was abysmal. The staff members displayed a dismissive attitude, showing no willingness to understand or rectify the situation. Their behavior left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a guest. Aside from the check-in fiasco, I found the overall quality of the hotel to be below par. The room I was eventually allocated was average in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The amenities provided were nothing to write home about, and the ambiance lacked the warmth and charm that one would expect from a reputed hotel chain. Considering my experience, I cannot recommend Lemon Tree by Keys Hotel in Kochi.

Room was not looked like a hotel room. basic amenities like a guest house. Checking and check out took us more than 1 hour. new staffts. Hotel is over priced. Not worth for Rs 2000 per night
