Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We booked an early morning taxi the night before we left - they forgot to do it ... when I realised no car was coming I told them to book a car now as we still had 45 minutes before we left .. They didn't. They were unable to find us a taxi. At no point did they apologise - and this was the attitude generally of the desk staff.
Breakfast was really good - lovely location on the roof. Hotel was in a good location near to green spaces and tucked away from the chaos. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cute little boutique hotel near the busy Kemps Corner junction in South Mumbai. Most likely a heritage building converted into a hotel. Booked 17 rooms for 18 people - checkin was reasonably fast - staff was on hand to take us to our rooms and handle our luggage. Rooms aren't big - I'd say the bed and the room is comfortable for 1 person and slightly cramped for 2. Rooms were quite clean. AC took a while to cool, but the fan helped. Shower pressure in the bathroom is quite good, and there was hot water supply throughout. All rooms are provided with a complimentary snack, fruit juice, coffee mixers and bottled water. Breakfast on the rooftop is excellent - Indian breakfast items (poha, upma, idli, chutney, vada pav), Western breakfast items (eggs, breads, chicken sausages, pancakes etc.) There was a dosa and omelette counter too alongside fresh juices, coffee and tea. Enjoy a complimentary massage and soothing flute music during breakfast hours.
