WiFi coverage inside some of the rooms was poor.

We booked three rooms in the hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, and we manage to get one room with the lake view. The hotel location is awesome, very close to all major tourist places. Great reception, the host gave us an earlier check-in of one of the rooms before the standard check-in time 12:00 as we were travelling with family and arrived in the city early morning. The hotel service was very prompt. Beautiful and refreshing view from the rooftop restaurant, good for early morning breakfast, especially Indian tea. Very happy with our stay at the property and enjoyed chatting with the friendly host, so highly recommending staying at this property and to experience the old city of Udaipur.

- there were a lot of stairs to climb to reach our room. For us it was not an issue but if someone has some disabilities it should be mentioned to the staff before arrival.

- great location, - rooftop terrace with the restaurant and great view of the Pichola lake, - nicely decorated, spacious room, - very friendly staff - all needed informations about the city were clearly provided during the chcekin. It was very helpful, - additionally if you are the football fan it is a place for you - there is special place where you can watch matches.

Nothing much. At this price point it met most of the expectations.

centrally located, yet peaceful. you can easily walk to most of the Udaipur attractions from this property, and offers beautiful views of Pichola lake from the room and rooftop restaurant. Enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner with amazing views of Pichola. Staff is very warm and friendly. Harsh and Irshad were very helpful and guided us with local info.

Small detail - everything was a high standard except the hotel towels were very harsh and scratchy to use.

Excellent location, clean comfortable room, helpful reception staff. Loved the rooftop restaurant with views over the lake. Set breakfast offered good variety and extremely filling.

Wifi signal is very weak in the rooms, but work better on the ground floor and in the restaurant.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and in the ideal location to explore Udaipur. You can even see the City Palace nearby from the rooftop restaurant; it's very close by. The view from the restaurant is also very beautiful for sunset, and the restaurant has a good menu for all meals of the day.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Located on lake pichola.. Lal Ghat.. you can roam around in night.. safe place.. City Palace,Jagdish Temple, Bagore ki Haveli and Hathipol market at walking distance.. Rooftop restaurant view is very beautiful .. one can enjoy meal with scenic view of lake pichola .. Hotel staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Food is also very good and tasty specially Lal Mas dish..

There is no parking place so you have to park your car at either chandpol or hathipol and take an auto from there which will take around 10 min There is lot of construction going on in nearby area due to the smart city project so many roads are blocked.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of the city close to all monuments !!! clean and well maintained rooms as shown in images. Good food at the rooftop cafe and also just adjacent to other food places like rainbow cafe and natural view cafe. People at front desk Naaem and one more guy are super friendly and helpful and will guide you everywhere.

There was no elevators in the hotel, for one thing needed to climb stairs all over to top and for another had to come completely at ground level.

The view was great, could see the lake through the room window and of course the terrace had a great view! the location was very central and you could walk to the palace & local shops very easily. the staff was very helpful and gave good options to go around.

I feel that their is very huge shortage of decorative Indoor Green plants, and Dinner Table flower pots etc. In the canteen no wash basin was available, although the Cafeteria area was fresh airy, neat and clean, Cafeteria and Haveli staff was very cool and cooperative. It will be better and fruitful to the owner if the Head Cook visit the Old Delhi and learn about the Non-Veg recipe, so that the tourist get a expected taste of Non-veg food in the Jaiwana Haveli Cafeteria.

I always got up in the early morning and view the Pichola Lake's calmness , Rising sun, cold air and scenic beauty and the lighten palaces. The life struggle activities of Fishesh, Jalmurgi and Birds (name not known). In the Evening, from the terrace the jheel gives the looks of peace and the Boats increase the beauty of Pichola, As the Jaiwana Haveli is situated in the Central point of Udaipur so you can easily on foot visit the City Place and can visit 2-3 points more without transport. The Haveli is proper maintained by the owner.
