Long response time to requests. No fruit platter or welcome drink. Lack of warmth from staff. Facilities and amenities other than swimming pool are few.

Great view from the rooms. Excellent food. Big sized rooms.

Breakfast was great, slightly lesson options than other hotels but still good. Dinner in executive lounge wasn't so great, preferred eating outside

The rooms are very small, the layout of the rooms and bathroom. Staff are not attentive, and the service is extremely slow for a 5 star hotel.

Everything was good about this hotel the staff are very friendly and helpful excellent service the best I’ve seen. Rooms are very nice the location is also good. If you want to stay in Mumbai I recommend this hotel.

1) The hotel is run like a railway station. Noisy, difficult to communicate. There was constant noise on the night of the 20th April as there was some Punjabi loud music and your guests could not sleep. My daughter Sonya was still there and she told me .( 2) holding lakhs of rupees from credit cards for incidentals is bad. It took us days to get money refunded after we returned home. No other 5 Star hotel in Mumbai does that and we have stayed in Taj, Trident, Sofitel, etc.(3) Reception staff going through the accounts making us stand for considerable time and not explaining properly is bad. For older people especially they are unable to stand in one spot 30 minutes while explaining. Can’t you provide a desk and chair in a corner where all this explanation is carried out. (4) The regional choice of food at the breakfast was poor. In one corner too much Gujarati food everyday. Need more from Maharashtra or other states. (4) Your lounge on 4th floor is pathetic. TOO LITTLE choice and variety. Mainly Pani Puri and bhel puri every day. Also you have a sign requesting to keep conversation low and not too much noise. Yet every day there were a group of 3 men talking loud for hours. Others can’t relax and the supervisors during the period 15th to 17th had no guts to tell them to keep their conversation low. All the supervisors can say is shift somewhere else? Where somewhere else when the place is crowded like a Bazar. Some cookies and slices of cake could be provided in the lounge with tea and coffee all day.

Most of the staff were good and helpful especially staff who serviced the room and breakfast staff. However some of your reception staff who greet visitors and attend to them like check in or check out or settling bills need further training. Also the staff in the business lounge especially supervisors need to be got rid of or further training.

For the price paid the room could have been bigger. The Marriott property in Pune is far superior. The area adjoining the windows are resting areas for pigeons! Wonder if they can do anything to deter the birds from using the areas and dirtying them!!

Awesome breakfast buffet spread!!! Very helpful and pleasant staff. Expansive property! Beach at a short walk. Great location

There was nothing to not like

Amazing hotel. Customer service is top notch and nothing is too much trouble. Great facilities and the executive lounge is well worth the extra money. Celebrated my birthday here and room was decorated and birthday cake provided. Pool area is beautiful. Will definitely be back here.

One my goodness everything and everyone ! Just the most beautiful Hotel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast buffet was out of this world delicious. So many options and each and every chef, hostess and waitress staff was beyond accommodating.
