My stay at this accommodation was exceptional. The room has a balcony and is very spacious and comfortable. The location is ideally situated for exploring the city's attractions! And above all, the couple who welcomed me were extremely kind.

I just wish they provide refillable water, even if there's an extra charge, it would help minimize a lot of waste as there is no shop nearby with water gallons.

Really nice, quality homestay. There was a common area with couches and a desk on our floor which was really nice. The room was perfect for our few days stay. Small terrace, quiet AC and fan, and a comfy bed. Especially appreciated the mosquito nets on all the windows. The owners are kind and welcoming and have a really cute dog.

Room was a good size and very clean.. Good hot shower. The bed was comfortable. Very quiet and great location. Ivan and his family were lovely. Ivan booked our backwater trip and theatre evening. Made our stay very enjoyable. Definitely recommend staying here.

The location was perfect for Fort Cochi. It was nice to be so close to the Kerala Kathaliki centre for evening entertainment. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was very good value for money.

Finding the place was a little hard, and there is a loud dog on the property.

Did not have the Homestay feel but overall good experience.

The property has a great location, organised a backwater boat trip and is budget friendly. The room was clean and near lots of nice restaurants. Wi-Fi was okay. The man’s son was very helpful.

The location is perfect and the space is well ventilated and also extremely clean! The stay was really great and the owners were super helpful even letting me store my luggage for the day post check-out while I explored and came back to grab my things before heading to the airport that evening!

Auto driver around the area cannot leave you in peace when you are walking and jogging. They want you ride their autos.

Easy to walk around the neighbourhood and to the beach. Many eating places.

The property was advertised with a TV and there wasn’t one in our room which was a bit of an issue as I needed a screen to connect my laptop to for work. There was also some noisy/invasive works (they were climbing on our balcony next to our room window) starting from quite early but assume that was just a 1 off.

The owner was friendly and helpful in organising things which we needed arranged (taking the train/transport from airport). Room/bed was comfortable and had a nice balcony. Hotel is located in a really nice residential area with great restaurant nearby.

We didn't actually stay the night - our flights out were at midnight, so we just booked here so we could leave our luggage somewhere during the day and go and explore. But we were sad to not get more time here as they were so lovely and friendly! Would love to come back and stay properly sometime.
