ItalyAs I said the hotel benefits from potentially very nice rooms but the cleaning could be better. With little higher cleaning standards it could raise a lot its ratings and it’s a pity not to. Position isn’t the best but it’s also the reason why they can have a nicer and bigger structure probably.
We needed a room close to bus stop and found this hotel, which has some close restaurants and benefits of some beautiful rooms. We were assigned a very big one with a beautiful bathroom. We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning, but you could tell immediately how the whole structure looks very very nice and with big potential. Staff was very nice and kind in giving us indications and help.

IndiaThe facility is great, it is an old styled big rooms, everything is quite old but I liked it. The AC was so old that it was not functioning properly. When set to 18 it was still like 25-26 celcius. The rooms had a nice veranda but the chairs had gathered lot of dust.Even after asking staff to clean them they never did it. The staff is extremely laid back , we had asked for tea in the morning and after finishing we kept the used cups and pots in the veranda , to have ur surprised they weren't picked up till evening until we returned and ordered tea again. The staff just has 1 person and I think no one cares much for service. The service is not great , very laid back.
Facility, the verandah and rooms are big and comfy.

IndiaWish the swimming pool could be open longer - earlier in the morning and till later in the evening. In-house food options were not really there - one had to order from two nearby restaurants (delivery available) or go there to eat. Breakfast is available with limited options and bit expensive.
The swimming pool was great, the gardens, trees in the property, the aesthetics of the buildings was lovely. The staff were helpful and the location was great. They also arranged for an auto that I could regularly take for the days that I was there as I was attending the Jodhpur RIFF.

Garden is excellent. Pool with waterfall is fantastic. Low-rise property up to one upper floor only. Large rooms. Great ambience to enjoy in winters.

United KingdomThe hotel is short of staffers. The owner doesn’t seem take any interests in improvement of the property. I have talked to the staffers, I reached to the conclusion that they are not bothered about the customers feedback. The reception area is unkempt and dirty, looks horrible. The reception area doesn’t give any welcome look to the guest, just a small place with a covered shade type look. I saw two dogs roaming around in the campus without any guard. One of the dogs also defecated in the small patch of grass that is a public area. Free breakfast is just a farce. One was given an option of selecting of only a single plate of food, in case anything additional was required it was chargeable. No in-house restaurant or coffee shop was available. However one can order delivery food from outside without any glitch.
Good Property. Location is great. The room was big. I had developed a rapport with the staffers.

Huge rooms. Nice swimming pool. Greenery inside the complex. Hot water 24 hours at all taps. Friendly staff. Friendly guard Dogs. Good A/C Drinking Water was supplied on request. Swift Checkin and chekout procedures. Kamlesh and Other four care takers are very helpful and nice. Located on the main road. Rickshaw/taxi/buses available. Market nearby. Restaurants like Rasraj, Red Chilli and others are 1 mins walk. Overall I would recommend this property to all. 5*
