The property boast about 4 pools n lavish rooms but being a 5star hotel their pools are very small n dont have much good things for the kids even their play room is having not much age appropriate soft toys even they were having only one ball being a common play room for the huge hotel. We would not recommend the property with kids n toddlers as its very much walking that too confusing paths .

we had booked the Queen patio room as it said it has 2 large double beds 151 cms x 180 cms which wasn’t the case. .. There were 2 slightly bigger than single beds which would not accommodate me and my two teenaged kids. We were deceived. The pool was also cordoned off and only a small baby pool which was pathetic. Breakfast was mediocre. .. sausages were not edible… croissants were stale. We expected better from Hilton. Never again.

- No Lift - Television doesn't work in the room - Air condition doesn't work; you have to call the technician to come and check the temperature - Reception no one answers the call , room service they say they are busy, they will call you back, no call - NO cover parking, the Valet will park your car in open sun, hotel doesn't have a cleaner to clean the car as an addition service, you have to pay Rs 500 for a single day to clean the car. - Breakfast is not up to the mark - Staff not that great.

The pool looked beautiful in the brochures but was pretty awful to be honest. Weird shallow depth, tiles crumbling throughout, no skimmer box/filter so I suspect it was just dumped full of chemicals daily, it felt strange on the skin. Not much to do at the resort, no places to sit other than the restaurant or around the weird shallow pool.

we attended an Indian Wedding there, the wedding organisers did an amazing job utilising the resort facilities.

1. The staff was unprofessional, didn't pickup the calls for housekeeping. Even ordering tea was a big task. They kept transferring the call and disconnected 2. The staff was smelling really bad. We asked for a property tour and even from a good distance, the staff's clothes looked dirty, sweaty and he was smelling very bad. 3. The ac didn't work properly 4. There is no lift in the property. We had to clim so many stairs to reach our room. At a 5 star property, we expect comfort to say the least. 5. The bed's mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

ironically the seclusion and location is also a disadvantage as there’s nothing to do on the property. I assumed you could atleast walk around or read a book somewhere similar to Tamara in coorg that has a similar vibe but unfortunately I was proven wrong. the first I was assigned smelled musty. I assumed it was a passing phase but unfortunately the smell lingered not only in the room but even in the sheet covers. I moved to Hilton from the Taj and at a steep price point of 20k a day I was a bit shocked they would assign a musty room to a guest. the food was nothing to write home about - being in goa they had no goan dishes in the buffet. I was told the chef is South Indian and gave their medu vadas a go which were disappointing. if you’re expecting first class service or Hilton hospitality, this isn’t the place. you’d want to stick to either of the Taj’s in Goa like I did.

not the best location, for the same amount of money you can stay by the beach. it’s rather inconveniently located. They decided to do renovations next to our room and it was noisy and smelled like paint on the whole floor. we had to complain and eventually got moved to another suite, which was actually in poor shape. there were black spots on the wallpaper because of the rains. I was kind of glad we didn’t bring our daughter to stay here.
