Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This Haveli is a little gem just next to the stepwall. If you want to experience a real Rajasthani family than you need to stay here. I truly felt like home and I am so sad to leave. I highly recommend this authentic and most enjoyable experience with Jaswant and his family.

IndiaThe place is very congested, if you are coming by car it will be difficult for you to enter very narrow streets, you have to park your car outside and take a rickshaw.
We've planned to celebrate Diwali in the middle of the city, so we can sense the true spirit of Jodhpur culture. This hotel is situated in a very nice location opposite Toorji ka Khalsa.

Haveli was a dream location for me as a tourist! More of a Homestay , beautiful interior that gave me Jodhpur vibes even when I was indoors! The property overlooks Mehrangarh fort with a great evening view! Host was super kind and helpful with all our requests! Property is in the heart of Jodhpur with great options of Cafés and shopping hotspots! Overall perfect choice of You’re a tourist and need a peaceful location that is pocket friendly!

GermanyThe rooms were dirty and smelly, there was still trash from previous guests lying around. The carpet and floor looked like it was never cleaned, we also had no hot water available. Rooms were very different to what they seemed to be on the facility's photos on booking.com. No room service as well, breakfast was okay but also nothing special.
The location was lovely, close to the city centre and the Fort.
