The villa is bit inside from main road. Kitchen utilities r very dirty.

The rooms r big, clean ,beds & accessories r clean. The care taker is very helpful. Over all value for money stay

There were lots of cockroaches in the room.. and they were really big .. AC is right next to the window and there was a lot of noise entire night.. couldn't sleep properly... Pillows were really shabby .. the pillow cover was clean but I could see through the cover that the pillows were pathetic as if they has cancer!

Air conditioning was very noisy so had to rely on the fan which left the room quite warm. There was always a bright light outside our window all night from a residence behind which made the room very bright as the curtains did not block out the light. The occupants of the nearby residency would shout loudly whilst making their breakfast every single day without fail sometime between 7 and 8. This would again stop anyone sleeping. Therefore we rarely had a good nights sleep.

2km/ half hour walk from the beach if you don't have a vehicle

Room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. I was able to heat up water for tea and coffee.

Communication was hard with the owner Loud. No opportunity to relax. Construction workers are constantly there working, fixing. It's okay during the day, because we went out, but why at 8:00? When I asked about this, the owner said she didn't hear anything. I guess it was the neighbors next to us. ( The next house from our room was maximum 2 meters) We booked this place because we wanted to cook. We were only able to make tea and cook instant noodles, because the kitchen ware is too limited. 😔 Could be a good thing to have things that you use for soup for example.

Room is a bit smelly and there are a lot of dust at the corners. It seems like nobody care. Hotel situated far from the beach and main road.

Just after arrival, they said they would fix the broken WIFI in 1 hour, and after 2 days they said the same. After complaining the second time, we asked for paper for the toilet and the caretaker refused to give it to us (1 roll for all stay, despite you all be 1 week). At that moment we cancelled the rest of the stay and left.

1. The attitude of the caretaker. We booked for 2 days but vacated the premises after one day. 2. There were no tv channels available. 3. No network zone your mobile doesn't get any network 4. They have free wifi but it's slower than dial up connection 5. They kept our IDs with them. And return them after checkout. 6. During checkout the caretaker rudely said if you booked for two days then you must stay for two days. We did not even asked her for Money back.

WIFI wasn't working half of the time and inside the house there were not network for the phones They gave us half a roll of toilet paper, and when we run out they said they don't provide more than one for all the stay. They didn't provide shampoo or soap either.

If you r going to explore goa beaches n enjoy... This location is not good..its situated at forest like area. It's very expensive to go to any other location in goa from this guest house
