The hotel staffs have little discriminatory character over Indians, they behave extremely well with foreigners but if you are Indian you might get a character & judgement scan by them no matter how nice you are to them. Also their whole wi-fi in second floor doesn’t works at all, it drops off frequently. They were not able to fix the issue and would provide you with the different illogical explanation that some kind of work is going on their server room instead of accepting the fact that wifi is really not working in second floor which we found very unprofessional. Apart from that everything is nice. Their working ethic is very slow and it feels like you are not talking with a professional reception staffs.

The rooms are super clean and house keeping does it’s work perfectly everyday. The breakfast spread is not that diverse but whatever is available is delicious. They make you fresh Omlette as per your desire. Location is perfect. The most satisfactory thing about the hotel is they arrange complimentary pick up from the airport and drop off to the airport for 400 rupees which is a good price. They also arrange Ellora and Ajanta or city tour with trusted taxi drivers which is actually hassle free and with very reasonable price. Mr Jamil runs a travel and taxi agency, their drivers are always ready to show you the attractions and are always available. He is recommended for any tour, his contact is 98229 53718 He is superb nice person and you will find ease in every of their tour.

The reception staff were unfriendly & rude from the minute we checked in. They would not listen, on one occasion insisting that we paid another room's bill, even when we showed our room keys with the number on that was different to the bill they wanted to be paid. The restaurant was a bit over enthusiastic with staff pestering you every couple of minutes.

The only con was the overpriced laundry - it was perfectly done but we weren't told the price in advance and it turned out to be 1000 rupees.

I booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room which did not smell very nice.

Breakfast was good. Jameel (9822953718 or 8600190777) was brillient as he was my driver for 3 days and as a result I was able to explore Ajanta and Ellora Caves at a good pace. Also Jameel took me on a city tour of Aurangabad which would have been hard to do on my owen.

Room was small n congested. AC was functioning inconsistently. Certainly not recommended for families on holiday. The ‘masked’ staff at reception n the imposing glass partition at the reception counter did not give a feeling of being welcomed. It appeared that the best rooms were not meant for guests of booking.com.

The breakfast is a nightmare for Europeans; the hotel is obviously not prepared to serve international breakfast. Frequent electricity breakdowns, and problems with the wifi in the room.

The hotel is a good base to explore Ellora and Ajanta caves. Restaurant on-site with delicious dishes for dinner. Comfortable room, helpful staff
