Beautiful unmatched views and a lawn that allows one to walk through it to enjoy the view and weather. Rooms were amazing too. We had a king suite and it was lovely. All the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to note that some of the lovely staff were deaf/mute. Staff went out of their way to assist me with unusual requests, like a facial steamer for my daughter's cold. Thankyou!

The service was second to none. Every request was met with a smile. The rooms (I stayed in a grand club suite and a standard room over different nights) were both excellent. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The club lounge was also nice, with great views.

The outdoor pool was closed for renovation so this was a bummer for us. We were not notified prior. The area immediately outside hotel was not that great. Need to take uber everywhere.

The rooms were fabulous with amazing views of the water, we stayed twice we enjoyed it so much. We were given free early check in. Rooftop bar is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink We were the only people round the pool.

You have to pay separate for some relatively basic activities that could have been included in the relatively high nightly rate.

Impressive hotel with lots of things to do. The pool was amazing. Our toddler had a lot of fun at the playgrounds (indoor and outdoor). The room is modern, clean and comfortable. Good restaurants as well. Friendly staff. wholeheartedly recommend!

The restaurants only do buffet service during the weekends, so we had to cope with the ala carte service during our weekdays stays- was still great.

Great location, short cab ride to Vypin where you can catch the ferry to Fort Kochi. Great restaurants, activity options and some good views too.

May be at times staff were a little too attentive but I could not find any faults. Service was a little slow in the bar and some items not in stock but no problems finding something else' There was a bar fridge in the room was empty. it did not really bother me but would have been nice to grab something cold sometimes. I did nit bring it to the attention of the staff.

From the moment I got out of the taxi the Service and welcome from the staff was the best I have experienced Swathi and Efin were so welcoming and professional. the rooms were very comfortable. the food is one of the highlights Breakfast was the best I have ever had Gishna always took time from his busy morning to have a word with us. The Thai restaurant was amazing Anithka was brilliant and guided us expertly through our menu we met the lady Thai Chef whose name escapes me ,her buffet on a Saturday was something I will never forget. The facial I had in the Spa centre was the best i have had. Unfortunetly I cannot remember the amazing beauticians name. there so many other staff that made my stay one I will never forget. Athin and of course Sulaiman who drove us around and give us some information on the way.
