The service was exceptional and all staff were friendly. All the staff at kids zone took good care of child and she enjoyed all the activities. Chef Rupesh sent special paneer customised when he learned my daughter doesn't eat spicy food. Had amazing experience and will visit again.

No of Carts ( Buggy ) is not adequate. This property is having more than 200 rooms, but at any given point of time only 3 to 4 carts was in service. Waiting time is almost 20 to 30 min.

Although not part of the Grand Hyatt, the 160 feet experience wasn't that good. The advert states on the billboard outside the main dinning room you enjoy drinkS and three courseS. We only had a single drink and one course offered. This isnt as per the advert. The staff did the minimal effort possible. Mostly crouching down and being on their phone. Be aware if you do this it is NOT as advertised.

We had a fantastic stay at the Grant Hyatt Goa. We had a room upgrade to a suite which was very much appreciated! Vikash was very attentive and made sure everything was great for our stay.

There was a plumbing issue- tap in the bathtub was leaking. Washroom light was not working. Though the staff came and changed it, however, I was not expecting these issues at a five star hotel. The luggage got delivered after 2 hours of checking-in. We called the staff multiple times but it took good 2 hours to hand it over to us.

The staff was very courteous, special mention to Mayur who was super helpful during the breakfast. He took care of our requests especially my kid's requests and even packed a few items for after use.

Everything was perfect. There is nothing bad about the hotel at all.

Everything was exceptional. I have never stayed in such an incredible place. The room was furnished so well, super modern and big, the facilities were amazing, wish I had stayed longer to take full advantage of everything. The morning yoga was a plus. The breakfast buffet, so much choice and the food was so good.

I love everything about this hotel, service couldn't be better and the staff is so lovely. The guest liaison manager Sangeeta is excellent at her job, so very helpful and kind, she is a real asset to the hotel.

The Air condition in the room at night didn't work well as it would feel extremely hot also the lobby flooring tiles in Guest House no 2 can be changed as current ones have become old few are broken and give a shabby look

It's a massive property spread on 28 Acres extremely well maintained has great connectivity from the airport staff was courteous really enjoyed all our meals .Ms Shivani Resort Manager explained all the booking procedure very well & even planned few surprises for us which made our stay memorable one .

Breakfast options and the taste... especially Indian options. The food taste for lunch and dinner was also ok ok. The portion size for what you charge is comparatively not satisfying. The Indian cuisine could be added plus. With proper Indian chefs....people cud think of staying longer

The beach area was very poor with access the water transport or leisure almost non-existant. Or invisible. There were things to do but they were not presented at all well. A meeting with a rep to run through the options would increase the up take by a huge factor.

The staff were great and well trained. There were 2 members that stood out for me. Bikram and Nikki. Both were exceptional
