Everything was incredible. Not only the rooms, people who work there are amazing too. Always willing to help and with a smile on their faces. It was the best place we have stayed in India so far.

Everything was wonderful The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, food was fabulous, views were stunning, exceptionally clean rooms .. Only drawback was that sound travelled within the rooms, not overly soundproofed .. had noisy neighbours couple of nights

Nothing, everything was really good.

The property location is quite good and the view of the Jaisalmer Fort from the room and the terrace is really awesome. The staff is helpful and the breakfast served was also good.

Probably the best city & hotel we styed in in India. Staff were brilliant. Restaurant was lovely, as we were late arriving on the train, tthey stayed up & fed us, really good.

It was noisy at night and could not sleep

I loved the fact that the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was exactly in the photos and extremely beautiful The hotel is a 7 mins walk from the fort and very convenient

Rooms are not soundproofed so it can be noisy in the evening and early morning.

Very nice and clean room, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Our son had a birthday and they prepared a birthday cake for him. They organised very nice desert safari with camels. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

My stay at Marigold Hotel Jaisalmer was absolutely marvelous! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The food was amazing, with a large variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian items, They expertly organized an enchanting camel safari, along with a plethora of other thrilling activities, transforming our trip into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff truly made this desert adventure unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend Marigold Hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Jaisalmer.

Maybe the only thing was the bed linen, since it had a duvet and it is maybe too hot for that. I would have preferred to have just a bed sheet.

We liked the cleanliness and the beautiful room. The AC and the fan worked very well and the staff were very helpful and kind. The rooftop is definitely the best place in the hotel: the views of the fort are amazing while you can have a cold drink on a comfortable bench. Highly recommended.

Since the door has windows in it, better bring your sleeping mask. We were unlucky with holidays and staff being short handed. Hence the breakfast wasn’t as diverse.

Our room was lovely with the traditional windows, great decor and a comfortable bed. The staff really tried to please all of our wishes.

One of the best places we stayed in a India. Beautiful room and great view of the fort from the terrace. Only a few minutes walk to the fort entrance. We also did a desert safari which went very smoothly. Friendly and helpful staff. Also the hotel picked us up free from the train station very late after the train was delayed. Highly recommended.

Only one word AMAZING!!!!! from the pick up the staff's care whilst with them in their care. the room everything nothing was ever too much trouble!!! My wife went to hospital due to mosquito bite, they took us they helped us they didn't charge us, advice on trips and just generally amazing friendly, so clean and comfortable, came as strangers left as friends

The feeling you always feel like a foreigner and you r being charged much more then the locals On the first night one of the managers was drunk and was a bit loud , highly unprofessional in my book, sorry Unable to pay by credit card as stated , this is typical here in India , sick of it

The hotel is really nice and everything is new and well preserved for the time they have been opened. The staff were all very nice Special thanks to the guy in the kitchen and the his helper They have organised a very nice safari for us You can skip the village visit and "the temple" - not worth it. Everything else was fantastic!

Wifi needs improvement

They offer Free pickup from the train station , it's a new hotel and super clean ! . We checked out and left our baggage at the hotel to go to the desert safari . The day after they offered us a room(for free) for some hours to take a shower and be ready for our train.
