The resort is far from the town centre and it's difficult to get to if you are not driving like we weren't. Taxis are expensive.

Beautiful location right by the riverside. Surrounded by greenery. Clean and comfortable property. The staff is excellent and bend backwards to help in every way. Food is delicious and they also cater to special requests.

The location is just amazing, the property is beautifully made and incredibly well maintained. Leeba took wonderful care of us throughout our stay, she came with us on our boat ride and suggested very good places nearby to explore, she was constantly available for us, Joseph made it more exciting by letting us ride the boat for a while, I felt like captain jack sparrow for a while. Out and out amazing experience.

Location, access roads to resort, paved area inside resort( we cant walk without a footware especially going to swimming pool area from room was too long with out a foot ware).

Customer care, morning buffet, boating, reception welcoming with indian style with set saree, welocome drink, immidiate check in, staff coming to the car park area and giving comfort was great. Especially the madam ( i don't know the name, on check out date in kerala set saree on 10/04/2024) helped a lot giving some free offers during our stay was great.

This is really great and beautiful place to stay, I am relay in love! First of all I want to thank you all working stuff ,they are always be so kind,care and professional !They are always smile and ready to help you 24/7 !It is unbelievable people ! Te second thing it is a great and calm area around hotel ,it is a miracle place to do yoga,read books and just rest away from the busy cities !The garden is clean and flowers everywhere!Wow! The third thing it is spa procedures, you can have all kind of massage,also there are so professional and kind people work here. I am enjoy to do spa spring my rest . And the last bit not leats it is the quality of food and enormous option for dish ,also with no spicy European menu )) The room was also clean and comfortable to stay!

Unfortunately the pool side area is looking a bit neglected, with a plunge pool/jacuzzi attached to the pool that is just empty. It is a bit unsightly. There are 4 sun loungers made of wood which are half the length of a normal sun lounger so not particularly comfortable for relaxing on. It is a shame because the property is otherwise beautiful, it is just a bit let down by this. I hadn’t realised how out of the way the hotel was when I booked it, so not really a town you can wander around, but if you’re after peace and tranquillity look no further.

The hotel was in beautiful surroundings right on the lake. So tranquil and calming. Perfect place to unwind away from the huddle and bustle. There were lots of places around the grounds where you could sit and enjoy a different viewpoint of the lake. The food in the restaurant was delicious and if you wanted more spice, then you just had to say. The staff were constantly at work in the grounds keeping it tidy. We also both had an Ayurvedic treatment at the spa. It was quite the experience I have to say! Not something I had done before and to be honest not my cup of tea (I didn’t realise what was involved), but my husband was very relaxed afterwards and both the lady that did mine and the man that did his were fantastic.

The staff at fragrant nature are so sweet and attentive. Everybody works so hard, taking care of the beautiful surroundings and making sure you have the best possible time while you are there. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The spa and treatments are lovely, as are the excursions into the mangroves. I would 100% recommend this resort, and I would definitely stay there again.

We are old clients of the hotel, and it seems that now they are more dedicated to large groups, events and celebrations. The private client takes second place.

The hotel is renovated and the facilities are excellent. Ayurveda doctors and therapists is remarkable.

Beautiful place on the backwater, lovely grounds full of lovingly tended flowers and trees, big swimming pool in a lush bamboo grove. Very comfortable accomodation. Exceptionally nice staff and great service. Atmosphere relaxed and friendly.

Restaurant ambience was lacking and repetitive piped music was irritating. Swimming pool was poorly kept with only 4 beds and no cushions. Making it extremely uncomfortable. No beds by the backwater in the sun, as seen on website. Room was in need of an update, and when we asked about paying for an upgrade we were told all rooms were occupied. This clearly wasn’t the case as rooms were still available on Booking.com and there were very few guests.

Lovely gardens and beautiful sunset bar. Gardens are very well maintained by the wonderful ladies that work so hard to keep it clear of leaves. Very comfortable bed. Masses of potential for a top class resort to be created.

The spa facility was a rip off and once the final amount comes you will realise after taxes and extras it’s way beyond the said price. A cycling option would have been ideal addition to roam around the property.

The vast property right next to the lake with a calm surrounding let you enjoy this beautiful resort. Housekeeping staff lady was very good she arranged the baloons for my kid knowing it’s her birthday and restaurant staff also managed to get us a birthday cake. Even the breakfast spread was very good with decent options.

Walls are quite thin so hear the other guests/crying child! Perfect otherwise for a rest.

Beautiful surroundings. We loved walking in the grounds and sitting by the lake. Made use of the complimentary pedalo a few times. Breakfast and restaurant were great. Excellent value for money overall.

Swimming pool needs better maintenance.

Lovely deluxe cottage overlooking lake. Very spacious with good air conditioning in both living room and bedroom. Comfy bed and pillows and TVs in both rooms. Bathroom also clean and well finished. Fridge in room as well safe. Food very good and breakfast was both European and Indian. Selection of a la carte or buffet evening meal. Had a sunset bar overlooking lake. Sold wine and beer. Ayurvedic spa which was great. Trips on Lake available (charge) and could fish or use pedalo for free. Peaceful location and gardens well maintained. Swimming pool was large and could swim in but needs better maintenance. Staff attentive, helpful and friendly. Helped arrange transfer to next destination (charge) that was cheaper than using on-line taxi firm. Hotel accepted international credit card.

Some fixturess are slightly old. The room doors for example didn't close properly. The plug points didn't work..

The resort is BEAUTIFUL. It's far off from everything but we easily passed time walking around. We caught the sunsets and sunrise everyday. We also stayed out later to watch the night sky fill up with stars. The food is also excellent!!

To leave such a paradisiaque, enchanting place

The setting is impressively beautiful. Nature at iits best.Trees, flowers, statues, river. But most of all , all the workers are so kind, gentle and smiling all the time.
