Very noisy hotel, our room was next to the service elevator which made a lot of noise during the night. Also good but very expensive restaurants in the hotel.

The rooms were clean and had very good beds and the food was not bad.

Nothing is in place, too old, too scratchy, too much stains. Old smell, and leaky toilet. The hot water was not consistent and the heater just didn't blow hot.

The staff were nice, and Chai at breakfast was great. Location is accessible and nicely away from busy areas.

We had paid for it inclusive breakfast. Good range of Indian cuisine, good preparations however the service was very poor. Most waiters were polite and pleasant but there was no coordination. No one knew which tables they were attending and what the customers requested for. No tea, coffee or beverage station which meant customers had to ask for tea, coffee from the waiters which took time and sometimes repeated reminders. Limited fruits and healthy foods. Omlette preparation were poor. The entire team requires proper training and a lead waiter to support the service. Though the rooms were clean and good size you could hear everything from the next door conversation. We unfortunately had a somewhat loud neighbour who talked on his phone well through the night. Some expense needed for sound proofing the rooms. The furniture and furnishing is ageing and requires some refresh. I guess the hotel has suffere during the pandemic and needs some time to recover. Overall a good stay and would stay again when visiting Delhi. Check in process needs to be more friendly. They insist on your passport, visa and documents and photocopy them to leave on their desk. Worried about identity theft. Asked them what they do of the documents and data when the guest has checked out and they couldn't give a convincing response. This needs to be highlighted when booking through booking.com

Excellent south Delhi location, next to Nehru place, walking distance from lotus temple, metro station, food court and coffee shops. All amenities close by, easy to call Uber, Ola or auto. The hotel itself is a huge building, clean, safe and welcoming. Great lobby, decor and clean comfortable rooms. Our room overlooked the garden area, good view though Delhi skyline is now hardly visible due to pollution and smog. The locality appeared safe which is important for single woman travellers. The standard room was good size, very comfortable beds and clean good quality linen and towels. Bathroom was clean and modern with good quality fitting and toiletries. Adjoining dressing area was additional space for wardrobe, luggage and kettle etc.

The hotel needs to be updated. Sometimes, I ask for a specific item that was then lost in translation. Don't use the hotel cars, same as Uber or Olla. They'll charge you 3 or 4 times the price.

The friendly staff, buffet breakfast was amazing. The room was very good, and tipping wasn't always required.

The rules of the property , by not letting the delivery person until the lobby is fine but they are not letting the delivery person inside the gate itself so we have to climb the huge ramp up and down and not even food they didn’t allow the medical product delivery person untill the lobby , so it was non appropriate behaviour by the management, there is lift for an even more easy entrance gate but it will not work by evening so we have to walk a huge distance , so I had to walk for each and every order .The room design could be altered

Breakfast options are average.. Mainly no one to serve the guests.. You order something and if it comes you are lucky.. We got room on 12th floor.. Force of water in the shower is very low.. You literally cannot shower with soap.. and the temperate in the shower changes automatically. You select hot water and suddenly it changes to cold.. we had to get a "bucket and cup" from hotel at the end..

Location is very good.. close to Epicuria which is a very happening area in Delhi.. Room size is good. Hotel entrance is neat and posh

The rooms are a bit outdated and sparcely decorated. We were served only deep fried food for the happy hour. We were bouble charged for our room.

Hotel has great character. The staff are very attentive. The room was very clean. We were there for an event and it was amazing!

Booking. com confirmed pay st property and I confirmed to the hotel late check in, indpite og this they charged my card before I reached hotel. this is not correct practice, though they returned the money in cash while check out . I was upset for charging me before I reached hotel.

Hard to take a shower without getting floor very wet. The shower over bath was awkward. The bathroom seemed very dark too.
