I have stayed here before and would return again. It's a nice clean hotel with welcoming and informative staff. The restaurant downstairs from the hotel is fabulous and cheap.

It's on a main road, so more difficult to walk or cross. And it's Mumbai so a lot of noise during the day but surprisingly quiet at night.

Super friendly staff and great service. From the front desk to the chef, always willing to help. We are budget travelers and appreciated both the location and the price. Just a short taxi ride to most tourist sites. Breakfast was provided and room service was available.

The road outside is a bit busy and is hard to cross (i just followed locals closely to do it) but that is not the hotels fault. But on the other hand is easy and well connected to everything i used uber to move around and local train Masjid station is just a 8min walk

Amazing service by the staff, deluxe room was very comfortable, breakfast was amazing and different everyday. The best are the receptionist which super helpful, they helped with all my needs. They changed my money for me at a great rate, helped me understand the trains system, etc..

No restaurant. However they do have arrangement with local restaurants to get lunch and dinner. Also they do have a dinning place.

The food was OK, but I suggest an upgrade in quality. The neighborhood was difficult for me with being relatively far from the sites, and also the area was congested and difficult to navigate by walking. So you will need to book taxis to get places. Maybe my expectations were too high. I had issues with the pollution. My lungs and throat became sore and congested and was exacerbated by the high heat and humidity. However that is not the hotel’s fault.

My communications with Hemond were excellent! He is super helpful and understood me well. He is respectful and trustworthy. I missed my original flight and was worried the hotel wouldn’t know, and through the site messaging, he responded immediately and graciously. He also helped me with several other essential needs issues and cared about my safety and happiness. The staff was very caring and professional. The hotel room was comfortable and clean.

There are only limited shops, restaurants or other amenities around so you'd typically take a taxi or an Uber.

The hotel itself is clean affordable and really quite nice. So would stay and have stayed there again. So all in all highly recommended.

Nothing really, maybe the location, but that would be nitpicking as the CPO is still within walking distance and if you really need a quicker way you can always flag down a taxi Ola or Uber. So nothing negative really in my opinion.

A fabulous place at an excellent rate, what else can you possibly expect? Hemond, the manager, runs the hotel like a really excellent home away from home, professional, when it counts and personal, like a family hotel, where you truly feel welcome and where excellent communication, way beyond middle ground, makes this a remarkable place. Would stay again there in a heart-beat!

Location is slightly tricky, need to walk for good 15 min to leave bypass/wide busy road.

The fire alarm kept going off because of people smoking in their rooms - that shouldn’t be allowed.

Just a couple of little things that would be useful like towel rails in the bathroom & a hand towel for the basin.

The service from the staff was outstanding - helpful, kind & very responsive. The value for money is fantastic. The beds were SO comfy.

You can hear the noise from the road from some of the front rooms - the AC kind of blurs this out but to be aware.

Clean and safe hotel with AC and very attentive staff. Good value for money- good breakfast. Hemond the owner is very kind. As a solo female traveler I felt safe here.

The location is shoddy and 3rd rate. The entrance to the hotel is ugly and dirty. They don't display their suites on Booking.com. You have to book them privately. They dont have a restaurant and you have to order food from an adjacent restaurant . For the location, the building and the lack of restaurant, they are pricey with around 4300/- per night for a standard room.

A clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a simple but wholesome complementary breakfast.

Bed were not properly cleaned, hairs were seen of those who used before which we found very poorly cleaned.
