United KingdomBreakfast options were not the best versus other hotels, it is a big buffet with ordering options but lacking quality for a 5 star hotel. During breakfast we also found ourselves being asked 10 times the same questions by different staff member, leading to double ordering. I think that staff should probably be assigned to specific tables instead of a free for all. Also, we did feel pressure to comment on Trip Advisor by staff members at breakfast and by adding names of people we have not even dealt with, this interrupted while trying to enjoy breakfast. If staff member are being rewarded for being named in reviews, this is also very detrimental to the other great staff members we have dealt with but just did not remember their names (such as the front door people). I have visited other hotels in India and a lot are providing fans/air con to the staff outside (entry door and staff which need to be outside while we are in the pool), it was 45 degrees in Agra and I believe Hilton should take better care of the amazing staff they have working outside!
We had a very spacious and comfortable room, with a desk, sofa, refrigerator, kettle, water, coffee/tea. The pool area is also very nice and surprisingly refreshing when it was 44 outside! We had dinner on the first night and food was good, our waiter Vanay was also very attentive. There are nice restaurants within 10 minutes of the hotel but it is also very easy to get Uber around, because there is not much when you step out of the hotel. The front desk was also very helpful in organising a transfer to Dehli for us (thanks Simrita). Unfortunately I did not remember everyone's name but staff member at the door and security were always very kind and welcoming too!

My experience on this hotel was great! The staff are amazing and very responsive! The rooms are nice and spatious and the value for money, it's worth it! I recommend it!!

United KingdomThe room we were in smelt of food and smoke all day and night as it was above the kitchen. It was not pleasant. Bedding was damp. The front desk staff were not great, they mixed up our taxi to the airport and made us go an hour earlier than planned and wouldn’t change it.
