Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe Switching system for the lights was wonderful but it should be more easily accessible considering complete dark room. The night lamp was not working / flickering.
The Location was the Best for visiting companies in Chakan and Chinchwad area. The hotel was friendly considering International Colleagues who joined me on the business trip. One observation we all had was the Breakfast, it could have been little bit of Euro-Indian touch instead of English Bfast items.

ItalyNothing major, but the AC didn't seem to follow my settings, it was basically on (very cold) or off. The reception area is pretty small and was often very busy and slow. It took me about 20 minutes to check out. As I said, nothing major, I will still come back here on my next trip.
Convenient hotel for my destination, good choice for breakfast, absolutely fine for a business trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
