Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We absolutely loved this oasis of calm and peace . We went for 2 days and stayed for 2 weeks. Fabian, Swizle and their family are the perfect hosts. Beautiful tropical gardens frequented by tropical birds , have been lovingly and thoughtfully created to give a sense of peace . Immaculate facilities, with a variety of accommodation for everyone from chalets to deluxe air conditioned rooms. As local residents Fabian and Swizle have a great insight into the town. Fabian contacted the local turtle conservation and liased with them so we could witness turtles hatching and being released as well as a mother laying eggs. What a privilege. We cannot thank them enough for their friendship and all they have done for us.

An amazing garden as you walk in the property is extremely welcoming. Good facilities including hot showers and clean fresh bedding. Quiet and very relaxed atmosphere. Nothing is to much for the owner to consider your needs without request.

FranceThe reception isn't often open, so its sometimes a little mission for organization / questions. But the owners are quite reactive otherwise. I wish there was a water/filter somewhere to refill our water bottle (you can ask to the family by knocking at their door but I felt quite uncomfortable disturbing them all the time for this). And a second bed table (one each side). If you need a bit of space maybe I would recommend you to take a proper room.
I stayed in a chalet with a friend. Great location, calm, safe, clean in a lush garden, feeling of privacy, very well maintained. Better IRL than in pictures. You can go with the eyes closed. We were very happy with our stayed. If you like simple places its perfect. Very relaxing and pretty. We had great time !

Ours was a cute little cottage with all amenities needed for a stay of 2 people. We were two girls and we felt very comfortable and safe in the property. This was a lovely, friendly and clean place to stay. The garden is well kept and very lovely to come back too. Just a very short walk ( 2 min) to the wonderful Agonda Beach. Perfect place and will be going back again. Thank you to the lovely friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend!

NetherlandsDivine kingdom is a homely nice, very quiet family run accommodation. There are several options to book, from nice huts to luxurious spacious rooms. All well equipped, clean and with lockers to keep valuables. We enjoyed our stay very much, the garden and its light at night give it an extra nice atmosphere. Fabian and his family and crew took care of us in a beautiful way. Such a friendly and perfect place to stay. Yust on the other side of the road, there is one of the best restaurants of Agonda. At night a guard is watching over all of us. Thank you for our lovely time. We will surely come back when we come to Goa again.
