IndiaI had booked a room with Jacuzzi but the hot water wasn’t available properly. After turning it on would get hot water for about 5 mins and then it would be normal temp. Then needed to turn off the knob for a few mins and hot water would start flowing again. In the end I could not use the Jacuzzi.
Staff were very friendly and took care of our needs very well

IndiaStaffs didn’t treat well, especially not allowing visitors to enter into rooms. I have been to Goa several times, but this was my worst experience ever in any part of India. They don’t know how to treat their guests. They don’t have a good approach to visitors entering into their premises. This was least expected from them. I will never comeback or recommend anyone to this place.

IndiaThe hotel is good and well maintained, the room size is quite extensive and spacious, the Candolim beach is just 5 min walk from the hotel, the staff is so cooperative they help me to find out near tourist spots, the food is so good, the breakfast was delicious. Recommended to all please visit with your family and friends, it's near to market.

this property has one of the best location and access to the restaurants, beach and supermarket which is located in candolim.

IndiaWe did not get the room we booked and paid for. Was told blatantly by the reception that we can find some other hotel - not a hint of shame. Got smallest room available which had no ventilation and was not maintained. Holes in the wall, broken furniture, dirty washroom, dirty pool. And did not even get the balance back. Th photos for the hotel are totally deceptive.
