I like that the staff’s genuinely aimed to please. The rooftop pool was beautiful and I wished could have spent more time there. The vegetarian breakfast was tasty and satisfying. They did everything they could to make my morning coffee just right🙂 I had a peaceful stay.

Just a recommendation to also install an air conditioning unit for the living area since air-cond is only available in the bedroom.

The hospitality of staff. The cleanliness since it is a new setup. Hope the staff can maintain the same cleanliness as time passes as it is very important.

It was near the airport. There was good breakfast buffet in the morning (Kerala style). The room was spacious and clean.

Some furnitures are required both at bed room and sitting area.Should have all type of food not only break fast.7

Break fast was not in the package.Rooms were clean,big with sufficient lights.A/C was proper.Wash rooms were clean and well ventilated.Adequate support was also there for soaps,saving kit,dental kit etc.

The staff was always very helpful and kind. The rooms are BIG! They are also very clean and comfortable. Location near the airport is very convenient. The wifi works GREAT! I would stay here again for sure.

Stayed here as we had an early morning flight. A very lovely welcome from the reception staff who were very hospitable. The staff helped us order dinner which was delivered to our room. The rooms are immaculate with comfy beds, AC, smart TV, a tea station and clean bathroom with complimentary toiletries. There is also a rooftop pool with views of incoming planes from the airport. I would stay here again and recommend this to friends.

One of the staff refused to allow my 3 years old son from using the toilet until he finished scanning all of the passports and the whole check-in process. Which led to my kid peeing in his pants.

We didn’t have breakfast as we left at 0600. Very helpful staff, they even ordered our takeaway request and arranged it all for us. Called our room when it had been delivered and we were able to use the dining room facilities. Unbelievable value for money and very clean. Good swiming pool on roof and were able to dry out swiming costumes in the sun whilst we sat in the shade. Swiming towels also available.

Not all staff could speak English. English speaking staff would offer help in ordering food delivered and car to airport and non-English speaking staff were able to order the food or car. We used Uber ourselves, even though our car had been previously confirmed twice. New hotel though. I am confident they will work this out over time.

The facilities like side table etc were still to be provided by the property. The placement of windows need to be better. The bathroom should have more space to keep things near the wash basin.
