Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United Arab EmiratesThere was no warm water for one entire day which to me, is quite strange as how come such a renowned hotel offers such an experience and no one from the back office team even apologized despite us checking on warm water status. Also there were many small details where this hotel failed to leave a good guest experience. Also during my stay at the hotel I overheard another guest having a bad experience during her stay at the same hotel.So I would suggest if you could be more attentive towards guest requests.
