Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomI wasn’t happy with the checkin and check out process. Vats was the person serving us upon checkin. We had arrived after a delayed flight at around 12.30am. Vats was pleasant upon arrival but after starting g our checkin process he decided it would be ok to serve other customers who had already checked in but needed a replacement door card, or a reprogram. It was already late, we were tired and yet the checkin process took over 20mins. I would have expected Vats to deal with us and give us our room considering how late it was, and then deal with other customers. The same happened at checkin. Again Vats was dealing with our checkout process. He told me to sit down and he would be free in 5 mins. I told him I have an Uber on the way and he was due in 10 mins. Yet he Co tinier to talk to another member of staff behind the counter.
The duty managers were very helpful collecting a delivery before we had even checked in. They stored our luggage in between stays with no charge. The bell boys were always ready to help and fantastic. The breakfast spread was amazing and a great place to have breakfast.

IndiaThere are some rules make by you.....need to change it on urgent basis......As you people must allow some foods for baby ......as while travelling ......family can feed the baby......As we where Travelling to Mathura and Vrindavan.......by car.....so for route .....we asked only for two Puri and pickle.......But you people said that its not our in policy....to parcel.......... and lastly there is a line written on form that no sllippers and shorts are allowed for Lunch and Dinner........don't know why this mentioned in form........

IndiaWhile checking-in I noticed one guest complaining about her laptop that was found broken in her room, most likely by some housekeeping staff. First of all such situation should not arise, second, Management should consider the complaint favorably and compensate customer handsomely.
