I liked everything. But my only suggestion is creating a dorm or a proper facility for chauffeurs. Plus, provide them with water, tea, coffee and some snacks.

Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options to choose from. Sous Chef at Coorg Marriott Mr.Alagu Raja was very took extra effort and made a local breakfast dish that we had missed the previous day. Very friendly and courteous staff who made our stay more enjoyable. Chandana, staff member at reception was very friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. Check in was smooth and she made sure we are comfortable and made arrangements for taxi to take us around. Will definitely go back to Coorg Marriott next year

Our cottage was not rain friendly. We couldn’t use the balcony as it was flooded and the seat cushions were wet.

Property is set in a serene environment of a coffee estate; is almost new and the staff take effort to make your stay pleasant. There are ample activities to keep the guests occupied. We enjoyed the plantation tour where naturalist Yesudas guided us. The photo shoot was also enjoyable. Thanks to the staff Pawan, Poorna, Avinash, Poihame, and chef Raja, who took extra efforts to pamper us.

Their was a spider on 3rd day of the stay in bed. Cleanliness is a question as after cleaning it was found in bed below the blankets. The GM is rude and did not meet even after speaking about 2 different problems at hotel and shows the high handedness.

It’s a huge and beautiful property located amidst the flora and fauna of Karnataka and of-course not to miss the famous coffee plantation!!! The staff is sweet, polite and respectful , huge villas with all amenities and so well maintained . Come here to relax and unwind . Extremely delighted to have chosen Coorg Marriott.

There were frequent (as many as 4 to 5) power failures, however the good thing is that power was usually restored within a minute.

I wanted to bring to your kind attention a couple of areas where I believe there is room for improvement. * landline phone was not working whenever we wanted to reach for room service * no accessories provided to hang damp clothes to dry in first floor room * although we booked room no 2160 for four, when checked in saw only two bath towels, two coffee mugs and that many coffee/tea sachets

Undoubtedly one of the best luxury resorts to stay at. We stayed at the resort with our pet! There is a quite a lot space for the pet to roam around and play. Pets will not be allowed in the restaurants and pool area. There are charges which is 3500 plus taxes. Food is provided by them and whatever is asked is given for the pet. We had a forest view room and there is enough space from adjacent villas and rooms. We have lot of activities to pass our time. They have a steam room, recreation, gym which is quite big and useful. Ambience is 5/5 Food: 3.5/5 this can be better. Hospitality: 5/5 Highly recommend Marriot Coorg for a pleasant and wonderful stay with your pet.

Approach road to the property is super narrow. I had a hard time driving down in midst of a heavy downpour with cloudy dark weather. The reservations team could do a better job with pre-onboarding instructions. We checked-in at 7.30 pm after having visited Mysuru palace. The drive though is very pleasant, the final approach road was a bit scary with no lights or barricades.

This is a new facility, just a year old is what I understood after chatting up with the staff. Its well maintained, the location makes it perfect as a holiday destination with family and friends. We are a family of 8 members who visited this site, booked 2 rooms. The rooms were super spacious, even the bathrooms were extraordinary. The back and forth to rooms via Buggie and walking makes it a pleasant experience. Food was outstanding, kudos to Mohan, Surya and other F&B managers at the hotel. Cleanliness was very good. Housekeeping staff ensured that our rooms were well maintained at all times. Sufficient options in food and beverage menu. The recreational activity led by Yesudas was amazing as well. The nature walk, story telling, kids play zone were all very good. Pool is well maintained daily.
