Coconut Grove is located in a quiet street yet it remains very central to enjoy Fort Kochi. The room itself is very spacious, clean and, bonus, it has tea/coffee making facilities, a table and a fridge, which came in very handy to keep drinks cold in the May heat. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean. As the room is on the first floor, there is a balcony overlooking the luscious garden and, when the sun isn’t directly shining over, you can sit and enjoy a coffee surrounded by beautiful trees. Please do keep in mind that there is no A/C option at the property yet; it can get uncomfortably hot depending on when you are visiting and although the ceiling fans can provide some relief, it might not be enough. The hosts have been great; very accommodating to keep my luggage after check-out, helped to carry the heavy suitcase up and down and also offered to share info on Fort Kochi and things to do. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again… maybe during cooler months :)

The natural light of the room and outlook across small courtyard was great. The location was close to main attractions around the fort. Room was spacious and a fridge for keeping the water cold etc was a bonus.

Rincey was a fantastic host. We arrived from Paris at 5.30am and she was up to welcome us. The room was clean, calm and in a beautiful green area of Kochi.

Great peaceful location. Walking distance to anything important. The rooms are situated in a courtyard which is green and beautiful and I heard the criquets and birds all night which was lovely.

It was great value for money and during our one-night-stay we do not have a single bad thing to say about the place.

Good location and very clean room. Close to tourist sites and the beach. Staff was welcoming and helpful, and gave us good recommendations where to go and what to see. The wifi connection was steady and strong.

Can't recall if I had options for an aircon room or not, but that's something people may want in warm temperatures.

Nice place to stay, good room. Plus marks for having tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge for my cold drinks etc given there was no breakfast included. No aircon, fan only, but I knew in advance. Windows all screened off to keep insects out. Helpful Host. Location good enough. Good shower but it's just of the type that drains onto the bathroom floor rather than a separate unit.

Stayed here in 2020. The family are extremely friendly and welcoming. You feel at home & it's very clean & great location. My second visit was as good as the first.

Only thing a bit messing is a common area outside where you can seat/relax. The room is too small and don’t have a real window to stay and relax in so you just stay there for sleep.

The room needs an AC as Kochi is hot and with the 2 fans it’s only circulating the hot air within the room.

Perfect location at Fort Kochi :) Quiet & nice neighborhood with everything nearby (walking distance) including places to visit as well as restaurants, Katakhali center etc... The hosts are there to answer any questions and provide assistance if needed

The ambience is amazing and the host is very helpful. Didi always makes us feel like we are at home. The front garden is paradise for nature lovers. Also they have few Avocado trees.
