Cleanliness could be better. It has an amazing location as well as potential.

Both location and breakfast was good. Approach road to the property made us uncomfortable. However the host and the staff were excellent. So they compensated for what was lacking.

Not very clean No food Breakfast only spicy Indian food Difficult to find when you arrive by taxi. You have to stop at one point call the hotel and they come with their motorboke to take your cases. A 10 minutes walk to the location

Overall cleanliness. Unfortunately our headboard was rotten & kept leaving mould spores on the bed, this definitely needs replacing (once mentioned they did give us fresh bed sheets but it just kept coming back). It was also covered in cobwebs & general grime which I ended up wiping off before getting into bed. Bathroom needed more cleaning too, the mirror & top of toilet had not been cleaned for a long time. This appears to be the norm in India though.

Location & staff were great. Bed sheets & towels were clean & the room was spacious. Hard to find but luckily the tuk tuk drivers from the station knew where to take us. Quite a distance from the town but we liked the fact it was quiet & tuk tuks were easy enough to catch. Included breakfast was Idli or Appam which isn’t to our taste so they very kindly make us eggs instead one morning.

The rooms could have been little more cleaner. the location is little inside from the main road, but it is the place from where all backwaters activity starts so no complaints.

Good budget property. Helpful staff. the caretaker Ajay Ji took care of everything ,he was a kind man and was ready to help with everything we needed. The owner & Manager Mr Vaishnav also were very helpful. overall the owner and staff were really good and supportive.

No access to cars. Cars have to be parked in the main road and we have to walk or take a two wheeler to this facility (about 400 metres). Not recommended when you have elder people in your group. Room facilities were very bad; the sockets were loose, the restroom light was dull, TV wasn't working, there were some things placed under the bed which were full of dust, no exhaust fan for the restroom.

Liked the frontal view of the resort and the ambience. The employees were friendly & services were perfect and prompt. The food was decent and they took some adhoc requests as well. They have a dining table with chairs for each room in the walkway which is a good thought.

No food options available except breakfast. You need to order online from Swiggy & Zomato to fulfill your hunger. Difficult to access the property as the narrow lane can be missed by anyone. No direct mode of transportation available from property you need to inform the hotel prior for cabs / auto. Few lights were not functional and the property walls had stain marks.

Rooms were neat and clean with the lake facing balcony. Both Vaishanav and Ajay bhai were very helpful from checkin to check out the procedure arranged shikara rides and auto drop to the bus stop even at odd hours of night.

Vehicles don't go till the property. Need to either go by boat or park the vehicle and walk around 10mins from the main road. Property needs some maintenance. There was no hot water. Rooms were spacious but had some smell especially in the bathroom. AC kept leaking.

The host was very friendly and helped us out with all our queries. Helped us with getting autos too. Front view of the property is nice.

Cleanliness.

For breakfast they provide puttu, bananas and tea. Taste was good and their hospitality was lovely. Location was awesome but interior from main road. On the other it's a lake view n lake side resort. That was lovely experience.
