We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalOne morning we faced issues with the water supply since there was a problem in the motor.
The location of Cristallo resort is very convenient since it's just a minute walk from Shonajhuri Khoaii haat. The food served at the restaurant was quite good. The resort was well decorated with flowers and had some nice sitting arrangements outside.

the Bengali food here is superb. Probably one of the best in Shantiniketan. Clean property and proper sanitisation done.
