Location and service.

The resort situated in a serene and picturesque location but the transportation and road to the resort is not adequate. More over Blue Serene is not well marketed. I had to search specifically to find this place. The room rates should be moderated to attract more customers.

No AC in the hotel corridors. Possibly saving costs. A bit overpriced for the facilities but it's probably the only resort available with these facilities at this location.

Very kind staff. Huge rooms and washrooms. Very good AC inside the rooms. Nice restaurant. Helped us get a late check out. Beautiful park, house boat and other boating services. Nice spa facilities. Complementary buffet was good.

It's a bit outside Thrissur, the closest main city.

We were impressed by the quality and comfort of the place. The staff was nice and the food at the restaurant was great. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, which was warm and clean. A must stay place.

Swimming pool not maintained well. It was slippery at bottom with black insects biting your back if u r not wearing t shirt. Lot of dust in water needs pool cleanup and water chlorination to avoid water bugs..
