Mattresses a bit thin, but comfy enough. Listed as having a separate private bathroom, but was actually shared by other guests - also had no window. Cash only is a bit tricky - need to plan ahead in terms of daily limits from the ATM if you are staying a few days. On the website it looks like the whole building, but the hotel is only a couple of floors. No public rooms, only bedrooms, so breakfast served in your room. Breakfast is only toast, but that's ok. Wifi can be a bit shaky at times.

Great location. Close to Colaba Causeway, but amazingly quiet. Massive room, with large balcony. Friendly staff.

Nothing specific, the staffs were helpful, so we had a good stay.

Its location, it is in mid of Colaba area. So, if your purpose of visit is around Nariman point, wankhede stadium, marine drive, museum, gateway of India etc. this is the best place. Gateway of India is 400 mt away.

Our main problem was the bed. It was too hard to sleep in, a new matress would be nice. The breakfast was also quite simple. Our booked room was given by mistake to an other European couple whos name started with the same letter as mine. Luckily, they had another room, but yet, it was quite frustrating.

The situation with the bathrooms outside of your room is a bit odd. The breakfast included in the price is poor as you get toast with butter and jam and a tea or coffee. Everything else needs to be paid extra.

The Bentleys Hotel is located in the iddle of Colaba in a quiet side street. The rooms are spacious and the ones with a balcony are very nice. The staff is very responsive and the communication is very good.

Best location just a, stone throw from Taj Mahal hotel and Gateway to India in Mumbais best district Colaba. Beautiful old buildings... Shady treelined streets all around. Fairly quiet and secure. Staff friendly and helpful.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Bentleys. A beautiful old house, quiet, central location in the old Colaba neighbourhood near the sea, friendly staff. I would love to come back.

the small bathroom! everything was fine and comfilirrabke. def not five star but then five star begins to pall.

i like its age although i found the back entrance a little disconcerting. we had a family room with ac and a small balcony! the room was very spacious and two double beds was really nice! bathroom was an add on small but adequate! i would stay there again

It’s a tired old house, shabby but clean. The property, linen and furnishings need upgrading but then you’d pay more!

Perfect location! Easy to walk to Gateway to India, markets, shops, restaurant and further - I walked to Marine Drive. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. My room was spacious and quiet, cool despite old noisy aircon (Ididn’t use it). Breakfast was toast and coffee/tea served in the room, same as I’d usually have. I’d stay here again.

Never got the WiFi to work 🤷‍♀️ and never figured out how to get the free breakfast either.

Had a family room, two queens, MASSIVE room with a balcony (not advertised) two huge fans that worked so well didn't have the AC on at all (32c). Access to a fridge so we could cool down the beer! Great location just off the causeway.

On booking.com website the receptionist phone number was not listed!! My taxi driver got lost and there was no one to telephone.

Kettle in room, unlimited drinking water and tea supplies in hall. English speaker manager who was very understanding .Thereis not room service but he had some food brought to my room anyway.The room was clean, quiet, cool with good plumbing , good wifi and a desk. Even a working elevator.

Floor was dirty as it is not clen before our stay and linen not super clean too.

Location is very good, in the city center but on quiet street. Host was very nice, room was very big. Price to quality overall ok.
