The shower water never heated up...lukewarm at best.

There is no outside food policy, the hostel threatens with 2000 rupee fine for bringing any food or drink from the outside. At the same time their menu doesn't include any western food, only Indian. Anyone booking a stay in that place is not informed about that in advance. There is no toilet paper in the bathroom. Sometimes there is also no hot water in the shower. It was quite a surprise in the evening after a long travel by train.

The hostel is a nice place (as for Indian standards) to stay a couple of nights while visiting Lucknow. The rooms are equipped with comfy beds.

Nothing as such ...just that taking cab from this place to anywhere in early or late hours may be bit tricky.

Decent property located in a peaceful locality. Rooms are decent size and property folks are polite and helpful. Great service. Overall it's decent Value for Money.

Pros: It was very clean...staff were very helpful.. Ideal place for backpackers... everything of this place is up to the mark... Cons: this is not negative point but this place is in the very posh area so there is no regular commuting travel system..one will have to depend on Uber taxi or auto.. **Best place for Bikers**

Getting ola was a bit difficult On first day breakfast was delayed and water was not hot as well, however it was rectified next day

1), This property is a bring your own TP. I've never heard of that before but fortunately I had some with me. 2) The breakfast is SOOOO spicy. I couldn't eat it. 3) You are in a bit of a food desert. It was really hard for me to find food. 4) You can send them all of the messages that you want. There is about a 5% chance you will get an answer. 5) While I was there, there was a thief also there. This is not the fault of the hostel but they knew about it. Not sure if they did anything about it because they don't answer questions.

There was some confusion ( on my part) about the type of room that I booked. The office was very nice about it and gave me a different room. I was very comfortable in my room.

The room was good, the location was also OK, and the staff were courteous. However, the complementary breakfast was disappointing except the first morning. Slowly realised that the property eventually discourages taking breakfast there.

It's tucked in tight in an area that's difficult for cabs to understand to pick me up. They charged me about INR 300 more than what booking.com showed, which is not a lot, but it was strange.

A really good hostel on its own. The staff is always around, always helpful. The rooms were better than most dormitories I've stayed in before.

Location is great - few kilometers from Hazrat Ganj Metro station, main market hub and close to old Lucknow Property was super clean, white sheets, AC , washrooms were clean with body showers and shampoo available Common area was also air conditioned with TV and kitchen on the side with balcony. There is no lift to take your luggage but staff is super generoud to take your luggage all the way up Wahrooms are separate and common but gender convenient and in safe enclosed space

Location is a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom could be better if you compare it with the rooms.

I think this is one of my favourite hostels,  simply because of the beds. Even though it's a dorm, you can actually enjoy sleeping on a normal bed. Plus a Community kitchen. Mukesh was really helpful.
