Massively huge rooms. Just unreal. Such a beautiful property. This is in a quiet neighborhood but not too far from Synagogue. We met the owner. He is such a gentleman. Their bathroom is the size of a standard bedroom and their bedroom is the size of a living room.

Though its highly dependent on ones selection of property and if we want to nitpick we can say Fort Kochi beach is a little far. Need to rely on a vehicle.

From booking till checkout everything was fine. The property itself is beautiful with a traditional design. The room as well as its washroom was very spacious, clean and airy. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast served was western but it was good and simple. We loved it.

Wouldn't say "not like" but would categorise under slight additions or improvement. Option for a authentic Kerala breakfast or basic breakfast.When we went just bread jam and boiled egg was option. One issue we faced was flush problem in the one of the rooms we stayed, had to call Anil multiple times in a span of just 2 days. Some basic add on like 1.screens in bathroom windows (one room had but the other didn't) 2. A plastic stool atleast in the bathroom to sit at the bath area, would be helpful for senior citizens and also people with some back issues. 3. Soap stand in the bath area.

The place is very well maintained and aesthetic exterior interiors and large sized rooms.Veey quiet locality.

The room Is very big for me as an single person. Is like I am putting bed in central of hall ..but it was very nice to experience..it an Kerala style house definitely non keralite can try and fell the authenticity of the house and parking space also available people are so helpful..thank you

Place doesn’t have veg food joints or small hotels near by, as the place doesn’t have food at all 1st day it was heavy rain so I guess there was a bit issue with hot water. Got fixed on day 2

The property is as same as pictures. Rooms are big. Wi-Fi with good speed and it has smart tv for YouTube As Mustaq said it’s newly added on so it’s less explored It’s safe and homely. I can recommend this to other travellers. Clean washrooms You can do a photography of antiques they have within property Cab / tuk tuk easily accessible

This is an airbnb style venue, yet the host seemed to view it as a hotel and came in and out as he pleased. In addition, Ali, the home keeper stayed with us at all times, looking at his small screen with the sound on. This may be normal in this part of the world, but we felt lack of privacy.

The house was fancy, very spacious, unique and very well located near Jew Town, in that respect it was way above our expectation. The hosts were accomodating and happy to assist.

I recommend Mustak Khan's guest house in Kuchi. We stayed in Azza heritage home, An old house, renovated and preserved, in a quiet neighborhood, south of Jew town. Big clean rooms. Mustak is an honest, pleasant and helpful man.

It was a very different experience in all levels, in terms of property, management and staff support, cleanliness, surrounding, especially the very large size rooms. We felt like we are staying in our own house. And believe me, you will love this property in its beauty, the wide variety of antique items available inside the house.

Traveling to this place by car was a little difficult. The road was too narrow/filled with other cars but can be managed.

Rooms were very spacious and owner had good collection of materials - antique clocks, antique typewriter, etc. The place was calm and peaceful. Staff were very helpful. They helped us to decide on place to eat, place to visit, etc.

1. The flush not working properly. The water flow is bad. I reported to the staff. 2. This i not I dont like it but as a suggestion to have a cook. Would be great experience with atleast breakfast. 3.i miss my coffee during my stay.. Since no cook, no coffee.. Would be great if there is coffee or tea availability. There is coffee maker.. But for me a proper coffee is coffee☺️. 4. Would be great if check out time displayed during booking. 11am staff told me, so . I have to rush things in morning. But my permission to extend 1hr was approved.. So im happy.. But a sign or información about this during booking would bd helpful to plan.
