Hotel looks very nice, once you walk into the room the expectations start to lower. The smell of the rooms is a thing... modest stay overall for a high price. Staff is fantastic! Local food is very rich and nice.

The restaurant is amazing. Really good spread for breakfast. For lunch and dinner we took the a la carte option which didnt disappoint. The property is beautiful. In the evenings they have tea and snacks set out for the guests on the lawn with traditional artists performing.

The variety of food items served for dinner buffet can be better. There was also no one to guide with respect to travel and sightseeing around the area.

It was a great experience to stay with the family. Loved the ambience and activities that they arranged for all the guests in the evening. Royal place with value for money.

Excellent property, one of the oldest in ranthambore with great hospitality and good food. Lot of evening activities including shopping on the hotel premises and live music.

In the restaurant menu is compactly listed which doesn't give you an idea of all options available in the kitchen, it would be nice to know the variety (customization options) in curry dishes. (ex. a more detailed menu specifying types of curries available)

In bathroom no hot water comes even after complain they are not resolved problem of hot water..safari booking done by hotel and they are charged extra 400 rs for per person for hotel service but safari booking not done properly. We are late for safari for 1 hrs .. bad experience of booking of safari and they are charged 400 rs per person booking for services

The cleanliness of the whole place is very poor and seriously needs improvement. Chairs in the restaurant were stained and dirty the staff are not very friendly and always reactive rather than proactive. Rarely make eye contact. At breakfast no explanation of what’s available, how it works etc. Thee was a function during the day , my corridor was meant to be a silent corridor from 10.30pm to 7.30am. All I could hear was staff talking loudly , moving trolleys along the corridor. Many people had come for the wedding the next day. They were noisy , rowdy , bkasting music and kids dreaming and running around. I kept asking the hotel staff to get things under control but they wouldn’t as the guests who were causing nuisance were clearly nee important than anyone else. They didn’t have the bottle to asks the guests to settle down or they will be asked to leave. On the contrary, we were told if we weee not happy we can change hotels by all means with no charge, bearing in mind it was nearly midnight!! I was told I could speak to the manager at 9am when he starts. I waited but the manager didn’t turn up for duty in time. They called him but were told he’s going to shower!! I was offered a 50% refund. Still no refund and still no call from the manager. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Beautiful hotel, nice spacious clean rooms, gorgeous gardens. Attentive kind staff and comfortable spacious dining hall with great buffet. Was very sad that there wasn't availability to stay an extra night, would definitely come back here if I were ever to visit again

Highly overpriced. We were there in late Dec and it was cold and there was no heating in the rooms. When we called the next day, they brought in portable heaters. Hot water is not available until 7AM or so - not suitable for early risers. Breakfast room doesn't open until 8AM or so - not helpful if you are planning to Checkout and drive to Jaipur in the morning. The bathroom furnishings are basic and old. We paid more for the room than JW Marriott in Delhi - so felt ripped off. If you pay much less, then maybe your expectations will be lower. It is a good 20min drive to the safari entrance so you have to account for it in the pick up and drop off times.

The evening programs was really nice. But if there were some sort of fans there we could have stayed and enjoyed it a lot.

Very very nice staff with great hospitality. Even the hotel car driver that gave us ride to train station was super helpful for getting us a porter.
