Nice facilities and service received. Good value for money apartment with two bedrooms, one hall, dining area and a kitchen. Basic vessels for cooking were provided, Fridge , chimney, coffee maker etc too were provided. The caretaker Elango was very supportive and friendly. There is facility for washing clothing as well if needed. Location is very near to Lulu mall Kochi and is inside a quite residential area.

Location was perfect for my stay. I was wanting to stay near the NH and also near Lulu mall, so i could access Metro and the Mall facilities. Also i had a lot of food in walkable distance.

There are no lifts/elevators, so, it would be difficult for the old and tenants with heavy luggage.

If you are travelling with family, the place is a good option. The location, the stay, security and proximity to malls, The Metro and places of worship are other pluses.

Very small dining area; compact bathrooms given the size of the appartment. Furniture/ fixtures are ageing and in need of repair / replacement.

I liked the option of separate bins to sort recycleable and general waste. Taxi contact was provided. All windows have mosquito nets. Helpful staff who provided us with an umbrella for the duration of our stay.

No lift, so in case of eldery people it may be a slight issue if the rooms allocated are on 2nd floor and above.

You need to get into very tiny lanes to locate it and it's not the easiest process. Having a car that's not small and compact makes it very hard to get to the building. There's no elevator (the caretaker was kind enough to take our luggage but without his courtesy it would have been difficult to manage. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable and they definitely need to invest in better pillows for the rooms.

It was clean. The caretaker Mr. Karikalan was polite and helpful, went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay. The manager was very good with instructions and made it a seamless process. The place is neat and clean and well-equipped. The rooms, bathrooms and beds were clean.

Nothing in particular, just plan for the fact that it is in a residential area so only book this place if you’re not planning to have crazy fun with loud music.

Great place to have a small gathering of friends. 2 Rooms, a hall and a kitchen with a nice counter for making drinks. Loud music will be an issue after 9 as the property is close to other residences so keep that in mind if you are planning to have a loud party. Value for money.

I stayed in the single room apartment for a week and the overall experience was 10/10. The location was close to the Edapally junction. Easy access to restaurants around, Lulu Mall, etc... The rooms was really neat with all needed facilities provided (Good bed, iron, fridge, microwave, A/C, TV, common washing machine..). Special mention to Mr. Elango who is ever supporting and cooperative to the guest needs. My arrival was late night and he was there to handover the keys and help me settle in as well as provide tips about surrounding restaurants / shops, etc.. Would always consider Anchorage Flats in Kochi for stays.
