Pictures in the booking.com didn’t show that the property was on the main road with a lot of traffic and noise. The property had a poll view open to the traffic side. Not so private.

Loved this property. Excellent location, very close to the beach and near some nice restaurants and bars. Super clean as the rooms are cleaned daily and good facilities fridge, kettle etc. The pool is really nice, with comfortable sun loungers too. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much for them. Would highly recommend.

I stayed for 3days in Albuquerque BetterHomes during my solo travel to Goa. The property is well maintained and met my expectations. I would really appreciate the way they have maintained the entire place. Staff behaviour and helping mentality is highly commendable. The property is nearer to happening beaches and easily accessible to various other attractions in / near Condolim. I would definitely love to choose Albuquerque in my next visit with family.

Exceptional hospitality by the Estate Manager - Jala Naik! She is very prompt and always there to help the guests, I'm really happy by the service provided. I would surely visit Goa again and there is no doubt that it will be ALBUQUERQUE! Must visit place if you are planning a vacation in Goa and no matter which ever season it is of the year.

Excellent property with a great location - just a few minutes from the beach and great restaurants. The rooms were clean and serviced well.

There was a tad too much chlorine in the pool though it was well maintained and clean.

The staff were eager and always willing to help, very good WiFi connection...even if there was a power outage..generator kicked in and I didn't have any stoppages with my work. Location was good too with regards to restaurants, the beach, transport. A peaceful place if you just want to relax or use as your central point to checkout the popular beaches in Goa.

The staff is highly polite and accommodating. They allowed us to do early check-in and late check-out too. The property in itself is gorgeous and such value for money! Our stay had one bedroom (attached bathroom), a small living room outside, a kitchen with all the basic facilities and a balcony with chairs and a coffee table. It is simply everything you will need for a smooth stay. The property also has a swimming pool which is such a plus. The location is great too - all the suggested restaurants and coffee places were hardly 10-25 mins away from the hotel. All in all, I would highly suggest this place to anyone that is looking to have Goan fun on a budget, without compromising on comfort or quality.

We had to pay for breakfast.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were courteus and flexible. We had all the amenities - large fridge, micro, kitchen sink, AC and fans, hot water and no power cuts! Clean bed linen and towels. The pool was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful garden too. Breakfast in an adjacent restaurant. They even gave us a complimentary 5 litre bottle of water every day! This is an excellent place to stay in Candolim. Central location and bus connectivity with key points in N. Goa.
