Even after four days of departing, the exceptional service, delicious cuisine, and remarkable professionalism of this hotel remain vivid in my memory. Nestled away from the main road, the hotel offers a tranquil retreat, free from the noise of traffic and horns—a feature I truly appreciated. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Parthipan, the Manager. His responsiveness to feedback was astounding; one of my suggestions was implemented across all rooms in less than 24 hours! When I experienced WiFi issues, he promptly provided a dongle, exceeding my expectations of simply logging a complaint for the IT team. The food at the hotel was a gastronomic delight, offering the finest quality and flavour. I invited a friend to the dinner buffet, and he was equally impressed. A connoisseur who often dines at one of India's most prestigious five-star hotels, he praised the freshness and exquisite taste of the fish, noting it surpassed that of his usual five-star venue. Also, he said that the fish at the five-star hotel was frozen whereas at Accord it was fresh produce. This high standard is credited to Mr. Venkatesh Bhat, CEO, who personally trains the restaurant staff weekly and conducts surprise quality checks, ensuring the kitchen maintains its top-notch standards. I also met Naveen, the Executive Chef, whose humility and dedication to teamwork were inspiring. He attributed the culinary excellence to his hardworking team, reflecting the hotel's commitment to professional, collaborative service. Remarkably, this hotel delivers five-star service and culinary experiences at three-star prices. The buffet is reasonably priced, with an extensive selection for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I find it perplexing that some guests have given one-star ratings and complained about the food—perhaps their taste buds are off!

The property, although a bit tucked in from the main road, is located in a very convenient location and is very safe for travellers. The staff were extremely attentive to the needs of the residents and went out of their way to assist in any possible needs. The rooms are very clean and contains all required amenities. Daily room service was fantastic. The restaurant has a wonderful buffet breakfast including traditional local food prepared with lots of care to taste, presentation and authenticity. Our Cudos to the Chef! Special mention to Front office manager Parthiban who assisted us with all our requests with a big smile!

AustraliaI wanted a cab for airport for next day I was not told it’s a private car which was 3 times the rate of Uber or ola. It got fixed by another staff by ringing me in the room . if saved my expense. Restaurant was booked for a party that night .They had a make shift restaurant for that night with 5 tables . I asked a staff where the restaurant is , they were not aware that there is a makeshift restaurant.

PolandIt might seem a bit exaugurated but to be honest, I do not have any such thing to comment about this hotel. Location, Staffs, food, hospitality and rooms - everything was exceeding my expectations and what I had asked for this price!
I had my family from Poland visiting India for our wedding, and had all my stay booked in Accord. To be honest, they made us feel Home! The hospitality was really amazing from the staffs - Valentine Reshma and Vinodhini. My in-laws still text me how they miss them. So long story short, I will blindly trust and book rooms with Accord the next time I will want to plan anything and highly recommend them. They took of a huge part of my wedding planning stress!

United StatesFor a chef-run hotel, the restaurant was the most disappointing. We had three meals at the restaurant (because there was nothing else nearby) including breakfast and all the meals were substandard: either poorly spiced or overcooked. Roadside restaurants have much better food.
The hotel is a little difficult to find, but the location is quiet and the rooms are good. Courteous service and helpful staff.
