Double bed was two separate mattresses but comfortable.

Friendly staff, great location. Good breakfast with large variety of foods to choose from. Reasonably sized rooms. Storage and cupboard space for short stays only. We would come again.

Very small parking, no place guaranteed. I had to look for parking by myself and found the nearest one in 0,5km from the hotel. I was notified about reason of a discount (window can face construction site) only AFTER making a partially refundable reservation. however, I have got the room with a pool view, so there were no problems, but I was a bit concerned about the sequence of th4e news after the reservation

amenities are good, staff is polite, breakfast is pretty standard - you get exactly what you expect from usual israeli hotel breakfast, interior is way prettier then all neighboring hotels', room is okay for it's price

We were very surprised by the cleanliness of the room, which we definitely did not expect from a hotel in Israel for such a price The room had everything we needed, from a bathrobe and a good hairdryer to a spacious refrigerator with bottles of water

There are very few sunbeds in the pool area, and at the hight of the season it was challenging to find a free bed and pool towels. Also, the view from the window was dissapointing - you had to overlook some very ugly buildings to see a fraction of the sea.

The staff was amazing, especially Angel who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The hosting was generous and breakfast was lovely. The pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures so that was a nice surprise. The hotel is modern and my teenaged daughter loved the interior design. The location is central, near the beach and the airconditioned shopping mall.

Small room and small pool

The people who are working there are very kind and are helping with pleasure. Shoval from reception was very nice and warm and did for us a very good deal. People from cleaning are very nice and respectful and are doing very good there job. The breakfast is great and has a big variety of products.

I was expecting a "regular" hotel for those who came to Eilat enjoying the beach and Red sea-related attractions and just look for a place to sleep. It was much better than that - very friendly and caring stuff (thanks, Eddy for meeting us at the reception), very clean and nice room will all the facilities that we needed. All we needed for reasonable price. Next time in Eilat - definitely in Brown!
