We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelI was expecting a "regular" hotel for those who came to Eilat enjoying the beach and Red sea-related attractions and just look for a place to sleep. It was much better than that - very friendly and caring stuff (thanks, Eddy for meeting us at the reception), very clean and nice room will all the facilities that we needed. All we needed for reasonable price. Next time in Eilat - definitely in Brown!

RussiaThe cleaning staff forgot to put a complimentary water in my room, but its not a big deal.
In my case breakfast was not included in stay and costed 50 NIS, but its worth it. You wont find such a breakfast in town for such a low price. The room is clean but pretty small (it is a standard problem for Brown hotels group). I liked their shower accessories. Sheets are white and clean, also towels. Staff is friendly. Brown always provide predictably high quality for an adequate price.

Quick check in, great vibe and interior design. Room was adequate in size, coffee machine w/ too capsules (only). A desk, great shower, fridge Location is great, walking distance to the boardwalk by the sea with all the shops and restaurants.

However, its prices are very cheap compared to these high features. I strongly recommend this hotel.

GermanyUnfortunately the stuff on the reception was neither that nice nor professional like last time. We arrived and we barely got a hello. The second lady on the reception, was eating sun seeds in front of us while teaching her co-worker some Russian. I really don’t like those behavior during customer service. I hope The professionalism will come back, because I relay liked the hotel.
It was my second visit after a year. The location is great, the rooms and hotel it self is super clean and the interior design is amazing. The beds are very comfy. Dogs are allowed which is a HUGE plus.
